Abstract
【解決手段】イオン交換膜1によって仕切られた培養槽2と対極槽3を有する電気培養装置であって、培養槽2と対極槽3とを仕切る部材としてイオン交換膜1によって塞がれた連通部を有するパッキン4を設け、パッキン4に対してイオン交換膜1を取り外し可能に取り付ける膜取り付け手段と、容器6に対してパッキン4を取り外し可能に取り付けるパッキン取り付け手段とを備えている。

Claims (5)
- イオン交換膜によって仕切られた培養槽と対極槽を有する電気培養装置において、前記培養槽と前記対極槽とを仕切る部材として前記イオン交換膜によって塞がれた連通部を有するパッキンを設け、前記パッキンに対して前記イオン交換膜を取り外し可能に取り付ける膜取り付け手段と、容器に対して前記パッキンを取り外し可能に取り付けるパッキン取り付け手段とを備えることを特徴とする電気培養装置。
- 前記パッキンは前記容器の壁に取り付けられており、前記容器を別の容器内に収容し、収容された前記容器の内外の一方に前記培養槽が、他方に前記対極槽がそれぞれ形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気培養装置。
- 前記パッキンは前記容器内を仕切る部材として取り付けられており、仕切られた一方に前記培養槽が、他方に前記対極槽が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気培養装置。
- 前記パッキン取り付け手段は、前記パッキンの側面及び底面と前記容器とのいずれか一方に設けられた凸条と、いずれ他方に設けられて前記凸条が嵌り込む溝を有することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の電気培養装置。
- 前記容器、前記パッキン、前記イオン交換膜は、加熱による滅菌処理に耐え得る耐熱材料によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の電気培養装置。
