Abstract
【解決手段】ワイヤ状の導体を製造するため、帯状体(2)として存在する配向組織化された金属製基材と、円形の断面を持って長く延びる金属製支持体(1)とを用い、まず、金属製基材の長手方向において、金属製基材を金属製支持体の周りで成形して、長手方向に延びる両エッジが1本のスリット(4)に接して並ぶスリット管(3)とする。続いてこのスリット管を、スリットの溶接によって閉じる。閉じられた管(9)を、つぎに金属製支持体に密着するまで引き抜き加工する。つぎに超伝導性YBCO材料からなる層(12)で、閉じられた管の周りを被覆し、最後に熱処理を行う。

Description
帯状体として存在する配向組織化された金属製基材と、円形の断面を持って長く延びる金属製支持体とを用い、まず金属製基材の長手方向において、金属製基材を金属製支持体の周りで成形して、長手方向に延びる両エッジが1本のスリットに接して並ぶスリット管とする。
続いて前記スリット管を、スリットの溶接により閉じる。
Claims (4)
- 超伝導材料としてイットリウム・バリウム・銅酸化物(YBCO)からなる層が、配向組織化された金属性基材の上に被覆され、そして熱処理を加えられる、超伝導体を製造する方法であって、
帯状体(2)として存在する配向組織化された金属製基材と、円形の断面を持って長く延びる金属製支持体(1)とを用い、まず、前記金属製基材の長手方向において、前記金属製基材を前記金属製支持体の周りで成形して、長手方向に延びる両エッジが1本のスリット(4)に接して並ぶスリット管(3)とし、
続いて前記スリット管を、前記スリット(4)の溶接により閉じ、
つぎに、閉じられた管(9)を、前記金属製支持体に密着するまで引き抜き加工し、
つぎに、超伝導性YBCO材料からなる層(12)で、前記閉じられた管の周りを被覆し、
最後に熱処理を行う、超伝導体を製造する方法。 - 前記YBCO材料からなる層で被覆する前に、周りを閉じられた金属材料製緩衝層(15)で、前記閉じられた管を被覆する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法で製造された、YBCO材料を超伝導材料とする超伝導体であって、円形の断面を持つ金属性支持体(1)の周りを、配向組織化された金属材料製の閉じられた管(9)で被覆され、当該管は、周りをYBCO材料からなる層(12)で囲まれている、超伝導体。
- 前記閉じられた管と前記YBCO材料からなる層との間に、金属製緩衝層(15)が設けられている、請求項3に記載の導体。
