Abstract
【解決手段】直流電源C1の出力端子間に接続されたトランスTの1次巻線Pとスイッチング素子Q1とから成る直列回路と、スイッチング素子のオン/オフを制御する制御回路CONTと、トランスの2次巻線Sの端子間に接続され、制御回路の制御によってスイッチング素子がオン/オフすることにより2次巻線に誘起された交流を整流する出力ダイオードD5aとを備え、出力ダイオードは、並列に接続されたワイドギャップ半導体から成る複数のダイオードD53、D54を備える。

Claims (6)
- 直流電源の出力端子間に接続されたトランスの1次巻線とスイッチング素子とから成る直列回路と、
前記スイッチング素子のオン/オフを制御する制御回路と、
前記トランスの2次巻線の端子間に接続され、前記制御回路の制御によって前記スイッチング素子がオン/オフすることにより前記2次巻線に誘起された交流を整流する出力ダイオードとを備え、
前記出力ダイオードは、並列に接続されたワイドギャップ半導体から成る複数のダイオードを備えていることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 前記複数のダイオードは、ショットキーバリアダイオードであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電源装置。
- 前記ワイドギャップ半導体は、ガリウムナイトライド(GaN)またはシリコンカーバイト(SiC)から成ることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の電源装置。
- 直流を出力する第1電源装置と、
直流を出力する第2電源装置と、
前記第1電源装置の出力にアノードが接続されたワイドギャップ半導体から成る第1ダイオードと、
前記第2電源装置の出力にアノードが接続され、且つカソードが前記第1ダイオードのカソードに接続されたワイドギャップ半導体から成る第2ダイオードと、
を備えたことを特徴とする電源装置。 - 前記第1ダイオードおよび第2ダイオードは、ショットキーバリアダイオードであることを特徴とする請求項4記載の電源装置。
- 前記ワイドギャップ半導体は、ガリウムナイトライド(GaN)またはシリコンカーバイト(SiC)から成ることを特徴とする請求項4または請求項5記載の電源装置。
