Abstract
【解決手段】ジェットポンプディフューザ溶接部補修装置は、補修される溶接部の対向側のディフューザの周囲にそれぞれ嵌合する大きさとされた下部リング区分および上部リング区分を含む。下部および上部リング区分には、複数の整合されたグリッパスロットが設けられる。対応する複数のグリッパがグリッパスロットに嵌合し、グリッパスロットおよびグリッパの少なくとも1つが下部および上部リング区分が相互に寄り合うにつれグリッパを半径方向内向きに動かす形状のカム面を画定する。複数の連結ボルトが下部リング区分および上部リング区分の間に固定される。連結ボルトの締付けによって、下部および上部リング区分が相互に寄り合う。

Claims (15)
- ジェットポンプディフューザ溶接部補修装置であって、
補修される溶接部の対向側のディフューザの周囲にそれぞれ嵌合する大きさとされた下部リング区分および上部リング区分であって、前記下部および上部リング区分は複数の整合されたグリッパスロットを含む下部リング区分および上部リング区分と、
対応する複数の、前記グリッパスロットに嵌合するグリッパであって、前記グリッパスロットおよび前記グリッパの少なくとも一方が、前記下部および上部リング区分が相互に寄り合うと、前記グリッパを半径方向内向きに動かすべき形状のカム面を画定するところのグリッパと、
前記下部リング区分および前記上部リング区分の間に固定された複数の連結ボルトであって、この連結ボルトの締付けによって前記下部および上部リング区分が相互に寄り合うべき構成を有する連結ボルトとを備えるジェットポンプディフューザ溶接部補修装置。 - 前記グリッパは、前記グリッパスロットに面する前記グリッパの側に前記カム面としてテーパ付き表面を備える請求項1記載のジェットポンプディフューザ溶接部補修装置。
- 前記グリッパスロットは、前記グリッパの前記テーパ付き表面に係合する前記カム面として角度付き表面を備える請求項2記載のジェットポンプディフューザ溶接部補修装置。
- 前記下部リング区分はクランプ半体下方雄部と係合可能なクランプ半体下方雌部を備え、前記上部リング区分はクランプ半体上方雄部と係合可能なクランプ半体上方雌部を備える請求項1記載のジェットポンプディフューザ溶接部補修装置。
- 前記クランプ半体下方および上方雌部は前記クランプ半体下方および上方雄部の対応するT形連結部を受けるTスロットを備える請求項4記載のジェットポンプディフューザ溶接部補修装置。
- 前記グリッパは、ディフューザの外面の溶接部の対向側同士に形成された対応するポケットに嵌合するように成形された係合突片を備える請求項1記載のジェットポンプディフューザ溶接部補修装置。
- 前記ポケットが形成される前記ディフューザ外面の前記溶接部の前記対向側同士が異なる材料製とされる場合には、前記グリッパの材料はその熱膨張係数が前記異なる材料の熱膨張係数の間となるように選択される請求項6記載のジェットポンプディフューザ溶接部補修装置。
- 薄肉の溶接されたパイプの溶接部補修装置であって、
補修される溶接部の対向側の前記パイプの周囲にそれぞれ嵌合する大きさとされた下部リング区分および上部リング区分と、
前記下部および上部リング区分の整合されたグリッパスロットに嵌合する複数のグリッパであって、前記グリッパは、前記下部および上部リング区分が相互に寄り合うと前記グリッパを半径方向内向きに動かす形状のカム面を画定するところの二重テーパ付き外面を含むグリッパと、
複数の連結ボルトであって、前記下部リング区分および上部リング区分の間に固定され、前記連結ボルトの締付けによって前記下部および上部リング区分が相互に寄り合う連結ボルトとを備える溶接部補修装置。 - 前記溶接部の前記対向側同士は異なる材料を含み、前記グリッパの材料はその熱膨張係数が前記異なる材料同士の熱膨張係数の間となるように選択される請求項8記載の溶接部補修装置。
- 前記パイプは溶接部の一方の側で筒状とされ、溶接部の対向側で円錐状とされて形状の変化を構成し、前記下部および上部リング区分および前記グリッパは前記形状の変化を吸収する構成とされる請求項8記載の溶接部補修装置。
- 前記グリッパは、前記パイプの外面の前記溶接部の前記対向側同士に形成された対応するポケットに嵌合するように成形された係合突片を備える請求項8記載の溶接部補修装置。
- 前記パイプは前記溶接部の一方の側で第1の肉厚を有し、前記溶接部の対向側で第2の肉厚を有し、且つ前記パイプに前記溶接部の前記対向側に形成されたポケットは複数の浅い溝を備える請求項11記載の溶接部補修装置。
- 下部リング区分および上部リング区分を含む溶接部補修装置を使用してジェットポンプディフューザの溶接連結部を補修する方法であって、前記方法は、
前記ディフューザの外面に、補修する前記溶接部の対向側同士にポケットを形成する段階と、
複数のグリッパを前記下部リング区分および前記上部リング区分の対応する複数の整合されたグリッパスロットに嵌合する段階であって、前記グリッパスロットおよび前記グリッパの少なくとも一方が、前記下部および上部リング区分が相互に寄り合うと前記グリッパを半径方向内向きに動かす形状のカム面を画定する段階と、
前記グリッパの突片が前記ポケットに係合する状態で、前記下部リング区分および前記上部リング区分を前記ディフューザの周囲に溶接部の対向側同士にそれぞれ位置付けする段階と、
前記下部リング区分および前記上部リング区分の間に固定された連結ボルトを締め付けることにより、前記下部および上部リング区分を相互に寄り合わせる段階とを含む方法。 - 前記方法は、沸騰水型原子炉の炉心シュラウドから容器に及ぶアニュラスで現場で実施される請求項13記載の方法。
- 前記形成段階は、前記ディフューザ外面の放電加工によって行われる請求項13記載の方法。
