Claims (4)
- 連結された管の間の溶接継手を支持する、または構造的にそれと置き換わるためのクランピング装置であって、
前記連結された管の両側に対向する関係で固定可能な上側クランプ本体(12)および下側クランプ本体(14)と、
前記上側と下側のクランプ本体を連結し、前記連結された管を貫通して延在可能な少なくとも1つのクランプボルト(16)であって、
前記上側および下側クランプ本体の一方が、前記クランプボルトに係合可能な相補的な形状のクランプボルトナット(18)を受け入れる少なくとも1つのくぼみ形状(22)を含み、前記くぼみ形状が、前記クランプボルトナットの回転を防止し、
前記上側および下側クランプ本体(12、14)の他方が、前記クランプボルト(16)のヘッドを受け入れるように成形された機械加工されたくぼみ、および前記機械加工されたくぼみの近傍に配設されたスロット状のくぼみ(25)を含む、
前記少なくとも1つのクランプボルト(16)と、
前記スロット状のくぼみに受け入れられ、前記クランプボルトの予荷重を保持するために前記クランプボルトのヘッドと係合可能なクランプボルトキーパ(24)であって、
前記クランプボルトキーパ(24)は、一方の端部で結合された2つの片持ち梁と、前記2つの片持ち梁の一方の自由端に配置されたインターフェイス歯とを有するヘアピン形状の部材を備え、
前記インターフェイス歯は、前記クランプボルト(16)のヘッドに係合されて前記クランプボルトの予荷重を保持する、
前記クランプボルトキーパ(24)と、
を備え、
前記クランプボルトのヘッドが、その外周の周りにラチェット歯(36)を備え、
前記ラチェット歯が、前記クランプボルトキーパが前記スロット状のくぼみ(25)に受け入れられたときに前記クランプボルトキーパ(24)上の対応する前記インターフェイス歯(38)と係合する、

請求項1に記載のクランピング装置。 - 前記対応する歯(38)および前記ラチェット歯(36)が、前記クランプボルト(16)の回転を前記クランプボルトにかかる前記予荷重を増大させる方向に限定するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のクランピング装置。
- 前記上側と下側のクランプ本体(12、14)を連結し、前記連結された管を貫通して延在可能な2つのクランプボルト(16)を備える請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のクランピング装置。
