Abstract
【解決手段】導電性コネクタ本体、アップセットを有する管状オス部材、及び主リテーナを備えるクイックコネクタ継手アセンブリ。主リテーナは、オス部材をコネクタ本体内に取り外し可能に固定する。主リテーナ本体は、横部材により接続される一対の離間される脚部を含む。リテーナ本体は、リテーナ脚部で露出されてオス部材に接触するとともに、横部材で露出されてコネクタ本体に接触する接触面を有する導電性インサートを備える。

Claims (20)
- クイックコネクタアセンブリ用のリテーナであって、
前方向きの面及び後方向きの面を有する互いに離間した脚部を有する本体と、
前記脚部を接続し、後方向きの面を有する横部材と、
導電性要素であって、
前記脚部のうちの少なくとも一方の前記前方面上にある接触面と、
前記横部材の前記後方面上にある接触面と
を含む、導電性要素と
を備える、クイックコネクタアセンブリ用のリテーナ。 - 前記導電性要素は、前記横部材の前記後方面で露出する接触面及び前記脚部のうちの前記少なくとも一方の前記前方向きの面で露出する接触面を有する金属性インサートである、請求項1に記載のクイックコネクタアセンブリ用のリテーナ。
- 前記導電性要素は、前記リテーナの前記横部材の前記後方向きの面で前記接触面を画定する横部材を備える、請求項2に記載のクイックコネクタアセンブリ用のリテーナ。
- 前記導電性要素は、2つの脚部を有し、その各々の脚部は、一方の脚部の前記前方向きの面で露出する前記接触面を画定する、請求項3に記載のクイックコネクタアセンブリ用のリテーナ。
- 前記導電性要素は、該要素の前記脚部と前記横部材とを接続する遷移部を含む、請求項4に記載のクイックコネクタアセンブリ用のリテーナ。
- 前記導電性要素は一体型金属構成部品である、請求項5に記載のクイックコネクタアセンブリ用のリテーナ。
- 前記リテーナ本体はポリフタルアミドから作られる、請求項1に記載のクイックコネクタアセンブリ用のリテーナ。
- 前記導電性要素は鋼から作られる、請求項7に記載のクイックコネクタアセンブリ用のリテーナ。
- 前記リテーナは、前記導電性要素を前記リテーナ本体にインサート成形することにより作られる、請求項8に記載のクイックコネクタアセンブリ用のリテーナ。
- 流体ラインで分離可能な接続を形成するクイックコネクタ継手であって、
コネクタ本体であって、該コネクタ本体のオス受け取り端部から軸方向前方に延在する貫通内孔を画定する、コネクタ本体と、
前記コネクタ本体の前記オス受け取り端部を通って前記内孔内に延在するオス部材であって、ほぼ円筒形のシール表面及び環状アップセットを有し、該アップセットは前記円筒形面の直径よりも大きな直径を有する、オス部材と、
前記コネクタ本体内にあり、前記アップセットの直径未満の脚部間隔を有する互いに離間された脚部を有する本体を含むリテーナと
を備え、
前記リテーナは、前記アップセット及び前記コネクタ本体に接触する導電性要素を備える、クイックコネクタ継手。 - 前記リテーナ本体は、前記脚部を接続し、後方向きの面を有する横部材を備え、
前記離間された脚部は前方向きの面及び後方向きの面を有し、
前記導電性要素は、
前記脚部のうちの少なくとも一方の前記前方向きの面上にある接触面と、
前記横部材の前記後方向きの面上にある接触面と
を含む、請求項10に記載のクイックコネクタ継手。 - 前記導電性要素は、前記横部材の前記後方面で露出する接触面及び前記脚部のうちの前記少なくとも一方の前記前方向きの面で露出する接触面を有する金属性インサートである、請求項11に記載のクイックコネクタ継手。
- 前記導電性要素は、前記リテーナの前記横部材の前記後方向きの面で前記接触面を画定する横部材を備える、請求項12に記載のクイックコネクタ継手。
- 前記導電性要素は、2つの脚部を有し、その各々の脚部は、一方の脚部の前記前方向きの面で露出する前記接触面を画定する、請求項3に記載のクイックコネクタ継手。
- 前記導電性要素は、該要素の前記脚部と前記横部材とを接続する遷移部を含む、請求項14に記載のクイックコネクタ継手。
- 前記導電性要素は一体型金属構成部品である、請求項15に記載のクイックコネクタ継手。
- 前記リテーナ本体はポリフタルアミドから作られる、請求項16に記載のクイックコネクタ継手。
- 前記導電性要素は鋼から作られる、請求項17に記載のクイックコネクタ継手。
- 前記リテーナは、前記導電性要素を前記リテーナ本体にインサート成形することにより作られる、請求項18に記載のクイックコネクタ継手。
- クイックコネクタアセンブリ用のリテーナを製造する方法であって、該リテーナは、
前方向きの面及び後方向きの面を有する互いに離間した脚部と、
前記脚部を接続し、後方向きの面を有する横部材と、
導電性要素であって、
前記脚部のうちの少なくとも一方の前記前方向きの面上にある接触面と、
前記脚部の前記前方向きの面の前記少なくとも1つの該前方向きの面上にある前記接触面に接続される、前記横部材の前記後方面上にある接触面と
を含む、導電性要素と
を備え、
ステップは、
金型を設けること、
前記導電性要素を前記金型に挿入すること、
プラスチック樹脂を前記金型に注入すること、
前記樹脂を硬化させて前記リテーナ及び前記要素を共に成形すること
を含む、クイックコネクタアセンブリ用のリテーナを製造する方法。
