Abstract

Claims (10)
- 回転翼と;
各々が前記回転翼に結合され、周方向に互いに離間して配置された複数のバケットを具備し、前記バケットの各々が根元部分及び先端部分(72)を具備する前記回転翼に結合された複数のバケット段(46)と;
前記回転翼及び前記バケット段を取り囲むダイアフラム組立体(50)と;
前記回転翼及び前記ダイアフラム組立体の周囲に配置された外側ケーシング(22)とを具備し、
前記ダイアフラム組立体は、
前記バケット段の間に配置された複数のノズル段(44)と;
前記バケット段のうち1つのバケット段の上流側で該1つのバケット段と隣接するノズル段との間の位置に配置された、周方向に延びる溝(54)と;
周方向に延在する抽気チャンバ(56)と;
前記溝から前記抽気チャンバまで延出し、前記溝と前記抽気チャンバとの間を流体連通させる少なくとも1つの第1の孔(58)と;
前記抽気チャンバから前記ダイアフラム組立体の外面(62)を貫通して延出し、前記抽気チャンバと、前記ダイアフラム組立体の前記外面と前記外側ケーシングとの間の領域とを流体連通させる少なくとも1つの第2の孔(60)とを具備する蒸気タービン(10)。 - 前記溝(54)は溝穴(74)を具備する請求項1記載の蒸気タービン(10)。
- 前記溝(54)はほぼスクープ形状を有する請求項1記載の蒸気タービン(10)。
- 前記溝(54)は外側ポケット(76)に接続された溝穴(74)を具備し、前記少なくとも1つの第1の孔(58)は前記外側ポケットから前記抽気チャンバ(56)まで延出する請求項1記載の蒸気タービン(10)。
- 前記溝(54)は最終バケット段(46)の上流側に配置される請求項1記載の蒸気タービン(10)。
- 前記ダイアフラム組立体(50)の前記外面と前記外側ケーシングとの間の領域は、復水器と流体連通する請求項1記載の蒸気タービン(10)。
- 回転翼(16)及び前記回転翼に結合された複数のバケット段(46)を含む蒸気タービン(10)のダイアフラム組立体(50)において、
前記バケット段の間に配置されるように構成された複数のノズル段(44)と;
1つのバケット段と前記バケット段に隣接して配置されるノズル段との間に位置する、周方向に延びる溝(54)と;
周方向に延在する抽気チャンバ(56)と;
前記溝から前記抽気チャンバまで延び、前記溝と前記抽気チャンバとを流体連通させる少なくとも1つの第1の孔(58)と;
前記抽気チャンバから前記ダイアフラム組立体の外面(62)を貫通して延び、前記抽気チャンバと前記ダイアフラム組立体の外側の領域とを流体連通させる少なくとも1つの第2の孔(60)とを具備するダイアフラム組立体(50)。 - 前記溝(54)は溝穴(74)を具備する請求項7記載のダイアフラム組立体(50)。
- 前記溝(54)はほぼスクープ形状を有する請求項7記載のダイアフラム組立体(50)。
- 前記溝(54)は外側ポケット(76)に接続された溝穴(74)を具備し、前記少なくとも1つの第1の孔(58)は前記外側ポケットから前記抽気チャンバ(56)まで延びる請求項7記載のダイアフラム組立体(50)。
