Abstract
【解決手段】凝縮蒸気タービン410用の最終段動翼419上の先端シュラウドは、著しい妨害を形成し、ディフューザの蒸気ガイド423、424の壁に渦を形成して、蒸気流が蒸気ガイドの壁から分離する場合がある。渦が形成されると、残りの流体が拡散するための有効流路面積が減少して、回収が不十分になる。蒸気ガイド423、424内壁480に沿って所定の深さおよび距離の内向き径方向凹部425を設ける。凹部425によって、先端漏れ流れの向きがわずかに下方に変わって、シュラウドの妨害効果が小さくなる。

Claims (10)
- 複数の最終段動翼(419)を備える内部ケーシング(416)と、
前記複数の最終段動翼(419)上の先端シュラウド(411)と、
前記内部ケーシング(416)を囲む排気フード(430)と、
前記排気フード(430)内の前記複数の最終段動翼(419)の出口に蒸気外部ガイド(423)と内部蒸気ガイド(424)とを備える軸径方向ディフューザ(300)と、を備え、
前記蒸気ガイド(423,424)の内壁(416)は、前記複数の最終段動翼(419)の前記出口から下流にある前記蒸気ガイド(423,424)の内壁(480)上の蒸気(75)の渦の低減に適合された内向き径方向凹部(425)を備える低圧蒸気タービン(410)。 - 前記蒸気ガイド(423,424)上の前記内向き径方向凹部(425)は、前記複数の最終段動翼(419)に対する軸方向(350)に所定の深さの凹部(340)を備える請求項1に記載の低圧蒸気タービン(410)。
- 前記蒸気ガイド(423,424)上の前記内向き径方向凹部(425)は、前記複数の最終段動翼(419)の中心(455)から軸方向下流に0.08*Llsbの最小距離(460)に配置され、Llsbは前記複数の最終段動翼(419)の有効長Lを表わす請求項2に記載の低圧蒸気タービン(410)。
- 前記蒸気ガイド(423,424)上の前記内向き径方向凹部(425)は、前記複数の最終段動翼(419)の中心(455)から軸方向下流に0.16*Llsbの最大距離(465)に配置され、Llsbは、前記複数の最終段動翼(419)の有効長Lを表わす請求項2に記載の低圧蒸気タービン(410)。
- 前記蒸気ガイド(423,424)上の前記内向き径方向凹部(425)は0.2*Hの最小深さを備え、Hは、前記先端シュラウド(411)の下面(429)から内部ケーシング下面(415)までの距離を表わす請求項4に記載の低圧蒸気タービン(410)。
- 前記蒸気ガイド(423,424)上の前記径方向凹部(425)は0.6*Hの最大深さを備え、Hは、前記先端シュラウド(411)の下面(429)から内部ケーシング下面(415)までの距離を表わす請求項1に記載の低圧蒸気タービン(410)。
- 前記ディフューザ(300)に対するディフューザ比は、1.2〜2.0の範囲にある請求項1に記載の低圧蒸気タービン(410)。
- 前記ディフューザ(300)に対するディフューザ比として1.2〜2.0の範囲を備え、
前記内向き径方向凹部(425)は、前記複数の最終段動翼(419)の出口から軸方向下流への0.08*Llsbの最小距離(460)と、前記最終段動翼(419)の前記出口から軸方向下流への0.08*Llsbの最大距離(465)との間に配置され、Llsb前記複数の最終段動翼(419)の有効長Lを表わし、
前記径方向凹部(425)は、0.2*Hの最小深さと0.6*Hの最大深さとを備え、Hは、前記先端シュラウド(411)の下面(429)から内部ケーシング下面(415)までの距離を表わす請求項1に記載の軸径方向ディフューザ。 - 前記蒸気ガイド(423,424)の前記下面(421)内壁は、径方向外向き凹平滑面として形成される請求項8に記載の軸径方向ディフューザ(300)。
- 前記蒸気ガイド(423,424)の前記内壁は、径方向外向きの区分的に直線の外向き凹面を形成する請求項8に記載の軸径方向ディフューザ(300)。
