Abstract
【解決手段】ハウジング22と、タービンローターと、前記タービンローターの周囲に設けられた流体吸気口と、流体流を加速させるために設けられている前記流体吸気口と前記タービンローターの間に配置された羽根付きノズルからなり、前記ノズルは、ノズルギャップ23を変化させるために設けられた軸方向に調節可能なリング25および前記ノズルギャップを軸方向に規定する壁部19を有し、前記壁部は前記ハウジングおよび前記リングによって規定されるチャンバと前記ノズルをつなげるバランスホール26を有しており、前記ノズルギャップと面する前記壁部の表面18に前記穴によって形成された端部16において、流体流に対して下流側にある穴の部分17に大きな丸みが付けられている。

Claims (9)
- ハウジング(22)と、タービンローター(4)と、前記タービンローターの周囲に設けられた流体吸気口(1)と、流体流を加速させるために設けられている前記流体吸気口と前記タービンローターの間に配置された羽根付きノズルからなり、
前記ノズルは、ノズルギャップ(23)を変化させるために設けられた軸方向に調節可能なリング(25)および前記ノズルギャップを軸方向に規定する壁部(19)を有し、前記壁部は前記ハウジングおよび前記リングによって規定されるチャンバ(12)と前記ノズルをつなげるバランスホール(26、26’)を有しており、
前記ノズルギャップと面する前記壁部の表面(18)に前記穴によって形成された端部(16)において、流体流に対して下流側にある穴の部分(17、17’)に大きな丸みが付けられていることを特徴とする可変タービン。 - 前記端部の最大丸み湾曲部(17、17’)において、その曲率半径(R)は、平均流れ方向(20)におけるバランスホールの最大幅(S)の20%より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタービン。
- 流れ方向(20)における丸み湾曲部は、基本的に放物線または楕円形状をしていることを特徴とする請求項1および2に記載のタービン。
- 湾曲領域の縁部(15、15’)は、流体の流れ方向に伸ばされていることを特徴とする1から3のいずれか1項に記載のタービン。
- 湾曲は、放物線状のカッターを用いた3軸フライス加工によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のタービン。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のタービンを備えることを特徴とするガスタービン。
- 過給内燃機関のターボチャージャーとして使用されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のガスタービン。
- 請求項7に記載のガスタービンを備えることを特徴とする過給内燃機関のためのターボチャージャー。
- 請求項8に記載のターボチャージャーを備えることを特徴とする車のための過給内燃機関。
