Abstract
【解決手段】炭素数が12の脂肪酸30〜70質量%、炭素数が10の脂肪酸3〜10質量%および炭素数が14の脂肪酸10〜30質量%を含有する脂肪酸混合物とジエタノールアミンとの縮合生成物5〜25質量%と、ホウ酸エステル系界面活性剤95〜75質量%からなる界面活性剤組成物を0.1質量%〜3.0質量%含有したことを特徴とする帯電防止効果の持続性に優れたポリ乳酸系二軸延伸フィルム。

Description
本発明において、ポリ乳酸系フィルムとは、L−乳酸を主構成単位とするホモポリマーあるいはL−乳酸/D−乳酸を主構成単位とするポリ乳酸系樹脂からなるフィルムを指す。本発明で得られるポリ乳酸系二軸延伸フィルムは、二軸延伸による配向結晶化を促進させ、実用強度を発現させるため、L−乳酸/D−乳酸=100/0〜94/6(モル比)の組成比を満足させることが好ましく、L−乳酸/D―乳酸=99/1〜96/4(モル比)がさらに好ましい。D−乳酸が6モル%以上であると融点が極端に低くなり結晶性に乏しい物となり、得られるフィルムの耐熱性、寸法安定性が劣り好ましくない。また、ポリ乳酸系樹脂の数平均分子量は、5万〜30万の範囲にあることが好ましく、より好ましくは8万〜15万である。数平均分子量が5万未満の場合、得られるフィルムの機械的強度が不十分となり、かつ延伸、巻き取り工程中での切断も頻繁に起こり操業性の低下を招く。一方、数平均分子量が30万を超えると加熱溶融時の流動性が乏しくなって製膜性が低下する。
温度23℃、相対湿度50%の環境下に1日、3ヶ月放置した後、同条件下でJIS−K6911に準じて測定した。本発明においては、14未満を合格とした。
(2)帯電圧半減期
温度23℃、相対湿度50%の条件下に1日、3ヶ月放置した後、同条件下でスタティックオネストメーターにより帯電圧半減期を測定した。本発明においては、60秒以下を合格とした。
(3)引張強度及び伸度
ASTM−D882の測定法に準じて、長さ10cm、幅10mmの試料で測定した。
(4)ヘーズ
温度23℃、相対湿度50%の環境下に1日、3ヶ月放置した後、JIS−K7105に準じて測定した。本発明においては、10以下を合格とした。
(5)動摩擦係数
温度23℃、相対湿度50%の環境下に1日、3ヶ月放置した後、JIS−K7125に準じて、フィルムのエア面対キャスト面の滑り性を測定した。本発明においては、0.70以下を合格とした。
(A):椰子脂肪酸ジエタノールアミド
(B):ラウリン酸ジエタノールアミド
(C):硬化牛脂脂肪酸ジエタノールアミド
(D):グリセリンステアリン酸エステルと硼酸との反応物(反応モル比 1:0.5)
L体/D体=99/1(モル比)、数平均分子量が95,000、MFRが5.0g/10分(210℃)であるポリ乳酸系樹脂を用いた。このポリ乳酸系樹脂99.0質量%に対して(A−1)80質量%と(B)20質量%とからなる界面活性剤組成物を1.0質量%添加して、2軸押出機を用いて溶融混練し、得られたストランドをカッティングしてペレット化した。
界面活性剤の配合比、及び含有量を変更する以外は実施例1と同様にして、逐次二軸延伸フィルムを得た。
界面活性剤として表1に示す化合物を使用する以外は、実施例1と同様として逐次二軸延伸フィルムを得た。
Claims (2)
- 炭素数が12の脂肪酸30〜70質量%、炭素数が10の脂肪酸3〜10質量%および炭素数が14の脂肪酸10〜30質量%を含有する脂肪酸混合物とジエタノールアミンとの縮合生成物5〜25質量%と、ホウ酸エステル系界面活性剤95〜75質量%からなる界面活性剤組成物を0.1質量%〜3.0質量%含有したことを特徴とする帯電防止効果の持続性に優れたポリ乳酸系二軸延伸フィルム。
- ホウ酸エステル系界面活性剤が、グリセリンステアリン酸エステルとホウ酸との反応物である請求項1に記載のポリ乳酸系二軸延伸フィルム。
