Abstract
【解決手段】回転子と、固定子鉄心およびこの固定子鉄心に装備された複数の被膜付き導体セグメント33を有する固定子と、回転子と固定子とを支持するフレームとを有する車両用回転電機において、複数の導体セグメント33は、回転子の回転軸方向の端部33e同士が径方向および円環状に配列、接合されて接合部を形成し、接合部の近傍の導体セグメント33の表面には被膜がなく、接合部の近傍に隣接する導体セグメント33の表面に形成された被膜に含まれる蒸発成分が20000ppm以下に設定されている。

Claims (5)
- 回転子と、固定子鉄心およびこの固定子鉄心に装備された複数の被膜付き導体セグメントを有する固定子と、前記回転子と前記固定子とを支持するフレームとを有する車両用回転電機において、
前記複数の導体セグメントは、前記回転子の回転軸方向の端部同士が径方向および円環状に配列、接合されて接合部を形成し、前記接合部の近傍の前記導体セグメントの表面には電気的絶縁物がなく、前記接合部の近傍に隣接する前記導体セグメントの表面に形成された電気的絶縁物に含まれる蒸発成分が20000ppm以下であることを特徴とする車両用回転電機。 - 請求項1において、
前記接合部の近傍において前記電気的絶縁物が存在しない部分は、前記回転子の回転軸方向に延びる軸方向部の範囲内にとどまり、前記軸方向部と連続する斜行部に達していないことを特徴とする車両用回転電機。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記円環状に配列されて隣接する前記接合部の間に隙間を形成することを特徴とする車両用回転電機。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれかにおいて、
前記接合部は、絶縁樹脂によって覆われて、円周方向に沿った複数の凹凸形状をなすことを特徴とする車両用回転電機。 - 請求項4において、
前記接合部の近傍において前記電気的絶縁物が存在しない部分の断面は、ほぼ多角形形状を有していることを特徴とする車両用回転電機。
