Abstract

Claims (17)
- キースイッチ部の上方を被覆する導光性シートと、この導光性シートの少なくとも一端部に配置される発光素子と、前記導光性シートの発光素子側の端部に配置されて前記発光素子を載置する素子基板とを備えたことを特徴とする発光シートモジュール。
- 前記素子基板が前記導光性シートの対向する両端部に設けられ、各素子基板上に前記発光素子が載置される請求項1記載の発光シートモジュール。
- 前記導光性シートは、キースイッチ部が被覆される導光部と、前記素子基板に載置されている発光素子を被覆する厚みを有する入射部とが一体に形成されている請求項1記載の発光シートモジュール。
- 前記導光部は、0.05mm以上0.3mm以下の厚みに形成される請求項3記載の発光シートモジュール。
- 前記入射部は、前記発光素子が被覆される部分から前記導光部に向かってなだらかに下降する傾斜面を有する請求項3記載の発光シートモジュール。
- 前記導光性シートは、アクリル樹脂、シリコン樹脂、ポリカーボネート樹脂、ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂のいずれかによって形成される請求項1又は3記載の発光シートモジュール。
- 前記導光性シートには、前記キースイッチ部に対応した位置に金属バネからなる可動接点が配置される請求項1記載の発光シートモジュール。
- 前記可動接点が前記導光性シートの裏面に接着固定される請求項7記載の発光シートモジュール。
- 前記可動接点が前記導光性シートの裏面側に被着される剥離可能な保護シートによって保持される請求項7又は8記載の発光シートモジュール。
- 前記発光素子が前記素子基板の幅方向に沿って複数配置される請求項1記載の発光シートモジュール。
- 前記複数の発光素子は、赤色光を発光する赤色発光素子、青色光を発光する青色発光素子及び緑色光を発光する緑色発光素子の全てを備える請求項10記載の発光シートモジュール。
- 前記発光素子には、赤色発光、青色発光及び緑色発光の素子が一体に形成されている請求項1、2、10のいずれかに記載の発光シートモジュール。
- 前記導光性シートは、前記キースイッチ部と対向する位置に突起部を有し、この突起部の中心が前記キースイッチ部の略中心位置に対応している請求項1記載の発光シートモジュール。
- 前記突起部は、半球状に形成され、その先端部が前記キースイッチ部の略中心位置に対応している請求項13記載の発光シートモジュール。
- 前記突起部は、前記導光性シートの表面に樹脂を印刷して形成される請求項13記載の発光シートモジュール。
- 前記突起部は、前記導光性シートの表面に樹脂を盛り上げるポッティング加工によって形成される請求項13記載の発光シートモジュール。
- 前記突起部は、該突起部の形状に合わせて形成された樹脂材を前記導光性シートの表面に転写して形成される請求項13記載の発光シートモジュール。
