Abstract
【解決手段】一方の光源11から出力されたレーザ光は、ミラー25により反射され、レンズ31により集光されて、加工対象物90の上面に照射される。他方の光源12から出力されたレーザ光は、ミラー26により反射され、レンズ32により集光されて、加工対象物90の上面に照射される。レンズ31を含む第1照射光学系による加工対象物90の表面へのレーザ光照射の方向、および、レンズ32を含む第2照射光学系による加工対象物90の表面へのレーザ光照射の方向は、加工対象物90の表面に対する垂直方向と異なり、その垂直方向を挟んで互いに反対側になっている。

Claims (4)
- アレイ状に配列された複数の円柱状の加工対象物の表面にレーザー光を照射することにより前記加工対象物を加工するレーザー加工方法であって、
前記アレイ状配列に対し横断する方向に対し90°以外の第1方向と前記90°を挟んで前記第1方向と反対の第2方向からレーザー光を照射するとともに、前記レーザー光と前記加工対象物とを前記横断する方向に相対移動させることを特徴とするレーザー加工方法。 - 前記複数の円柱状物体それぞれの半径をrとし、前記複数の円柱状物体の配置間隔をdとし、前記複数の円柱状物体の並列配置面と前記第1方向とがなす角度をθ1とし、前記複数の円柱状物体の並列配置面と前記第2方向とがなす角度をθ2としたときに、
角度θ1および角度θ2それぞれが tan-1[r/(d+r)] 以上であって90度未満である
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のレーザ加工方法。 - 加工対象物の表面に対してレーザー光を照射することにより前記加工対象物を加工するレーザー加工装置であって、
前記レーザー光を出力する光源と、
前記レーザー光を前記加工対象物に対し相対移動させる移動装置と、
前記レーザー光の照射光学系として、前記レーザー光の相対移動方向に対し90°以外の第1方向に照射する第1照射光学系と前記90°を挟んで前記第1方向と反対の第2方向からレーザー光を照射する第2照射光学系とを備えることを特徴とするレーザー加工装置。 - 前記照射光学系は、前記レーザー光の相対移動方向に往復移動する
ことを特徴とする請求項3記載のレーザー加工装置。
