Abstract
【解決手段】エンジンEにより発電機Gを駆動するエンジン駆動型発電機用のカップリングプレートにおいて、一体的に重ね合わされた複数の弾性ディスク22を有し、前記弾性ディスクは、その径方向の内周側、外周側の一方が入力側、他方が出力側として前記エンジンおよび前記発電機に連結され、かつ、前記弾性ディスクの各々には、円周方向に所定間隔で分散配置された小径のウェイト取付穴222および大径のウェイト逃げ穴223を含む複数の穴が明けられ、各ディスク同士の穴が位置的に重なり合うように設けられていることを特徴とするエンジン駆動型発電機用カップリングプレート。

Description
エンジンにより発電機を駆動するエンジン駆動型発電機用のカップリングプレートにおいて、
一体的に重ね合わされた複数の弾性ディスクを有し、
前記弾性ディスクは、その径方向の内周側、外周側の一方が入力側、他方が出力側として前記駆動源および前記回転電機に連結され、かつ、
前記弾性ディスクの各々には、円周方向に所定間隔で分散配置された小径のウェイト取付穴および大径のウェイト逃げ穴を含む複数の穴が明けられ、各ディスク同士の穴が位置的に重なり合うように設けられている
ことを特徴とするエンジン駆動型発電機用カップリングプレート、
を提供する。
11 主板、12ハブ、13 羽根板、14 側板、21 回転軸、
22 カップリングプレート、23 固定ボルト、24 バランスウェイト、
25 ボルト、26 フライホイール、221 入力側取付穴、
222 バランスウェイト取付穴、223 バランスウェイト逃げ穴、
224 出力側取付穴、225 中心穴。
Claims (2)
- エンジンにより発電機を駆動するエンジン駆動型発電機用のカップリングプレートにおいて、
一体的に重ね合わされた複数の弾性ディスクを有し、
前記弾性ディスクは、その径方向の内周側、外周側の一方が入力側、他方が出力側として前記エンジンおよび前記発電機に連結され、かつ、
前記弾性ディスクの各々には、円周方向に所定間隔で分散配置された小径のウェイト取付穴および大径のウェイト逃げ穴を含む複数の穴が明けられ、各ディスク同士の穴位置が互いに重なり合うように構成されている
ことを特徴とするエンジン駆動型発電機用カップリングプレート。 - 請求項1記載のエンジン駆動型発電機用のカップリングプレートにおいて、
前記複数の弾性ディスクは、同一の穴明けパターンにより構成されることを特徴とするエンジン駆動型発電機用カップリングプレート。
