Abstract
【解決手段】マンホール等の接続躯体間に接続され、下水や雨水等をその接続躯体に案内する既設排水管の更生方法において、透明部を有する合成樹脂管5を既設排水管1内に挿通し、既設排水管1の下流側から、その既設排水管1内壁と合成樹脂管5外壁との隙間に固化材Gを注入し、合成樹脂管5内に配置したカメラ20によって合成樹脂管5の透明部を通して固化材Gの注入状態を撮影することを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- マンホール等の接続躯体間に接続され、下水や雨水等を流す既設排水管の更生方法において、
透明部を有する合成樹脂管を上記既設排水管内に挿通し、
上記既設排水管の下流側から、その既設排水管内壁と上記合成樹脂管外壁との隙間に流動性のある固化材を注入し、
上記合成樹脂管内を移動する撮像手段によって上記合成樹脂管の透明部を通して上記固化材の注入状態を撮影することを特徴とする既設排水管の更生方法。 - 上記既設排水管の上流側から、その既設排水管内壁と上記合成樹脂管外壁との隙間に補助注入用ホースを挿入し、上記撮像手段によって注入不良部分が確認された部分に上記固化材を注入する請求項1記載の既設排水管の更生方法。
- 上記既設排水管内に、上記合成樹脂管として透明軟質樹脂管の外壁に硬質樹脂からなる突条部を螺旋状またはリング状に形成した波付き樹脂管を挿通する請求項1または2記載の既設排水管の更生方法。
- 上記透明軟質樹脂管に補強材としての網状補強材が設けられている請求項3記載の既設排水管の更生方法。
- 上記波付き樹脂管が、その管軸方向に収縮し得るように構成され、収縮状態で上記接続躯体の上方に配置され、その接続躯体内に搬入する際に先端部から順次伸張させるか、または、収縮状態で上記接続躯体内に搬入され上記既設排水管の開口部から挿入する際に先端部から順次伸張させる請求項3または4記載の既設排水管の更生方法。
