Abstract
【解決手段】上向きに開口する正極缶3に負極缶5をガスケット6を介して嵌め込むことで電池容器1を形成してあり、負極缶5の上面5aが露出した状態で正極缶3と負極缶5との間がガスケット6によって密封されるとともに絶縁されている。負極缶5の上面5aの周縁に沿って、絶縁性を有する絶縁被覆部11を周回状に形成してある。

Claims (6)
- 上向きに開口する外装缶に封口蓋をガスケットを介して嵌め込むことで電池容器を形成してあり、前記封口蓋の上面が露出した状態で前記外装缶と前記封口蓋との間が前記ガスケットによって絶縁されている扁平形電池において、
前記封口蓋の上面の周縁に沿って、絶縁性を有する被覆部を周回状に形成したことを特徴とする扁平形電池。 - 前記封口蓋は、その上面の周縁から前記外装缶の内部へ向けて下向きに延びる肩部を有しており、
前記被覆部は、前記封口蓋の上面の周縁部から前記肩部にかけて形成されている請求項1記載の扁平形電池。 - 前記被覆部は、前記封口蓋の上面において、外部機器の端子が接触する領域以外の領域に形成されている請求項1又は2記載の扁平形電池。
- 前記封口蓋が、鉄または鉄を主成分とする鉄鋼を用いて形成してある請求項1又は2又は3記載の扁平形電池。
- 前記被覆部の素材が、紫外線硬化型の樹脂であり、
前記封口蓋は、少なくとも前記被覆部に接する領域をステンレス鋼で形成してある請求項1又は2又は3記載の扁平形電池。 - 前記電池容器の内部には、発電要素が収容されており、
前記発電要素は、金属リチウムまたはリチウム合金からなる負極材を含む請求項1又は2又は3又は4又は5記載の扁平形電池。
