Abstract
【解決手段】 読取走査のガイド部に当接する二箇所の当接部の下流側にピニオンギアを設ける。ラックとピニオンギアの当接点から圧力角方向に引いた直線が、二箇所の当接部の間を通ることにより、安定したガイドが行える。

Description
本実施例では、本発明をコンピュータ等に原稿画像を取り込む画像読取装置に実施している。以下に図面を参照して詳細を示す。図を用いて本実施例の構成を説明する。図1(b)は本実施例の主断面図。図1(a)は本実施例の上視図。図1(d)は本実施例の右断面図。図1(c)は本実施例の下視図を示している。図2は読取走査での可動部の斜視図を示す。

Claims (7)
- 原稿台上の原稿の画像を、原稿台の原稿と反対側を画像読取部が走査することで読取る画像読取装置において、
前記原稿台を支持するフレームは、前記画像読取部の走査方向に平行に設けられたラックと、前記画像読取部を前記走査方向にガイドするガイド部とを有し、
前記画像読取部は、前記原稿台上の原稿を読み取る光学部と、前記ラックとかみ合って前記画像読取部を前記走査方向に走査させるピニオンギアと、前記ピニオンギアを駆動する駆動部と、前記ガイド部に当接する二箇所の当接部とを有し、
前記ピニオンギアは、前記二箇所の当接部よりも読取走査方向の下流側に有することを特徴とする画像読取装置。 - 前記ラックと前記ピニオンギアの歯が当接している点から圧力角方向に引いた直線は、前記原稿台の法線方向から見て、前記二箇所の当接部の間を通ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画像読取装置。
- 前記ラックと前記ガイド部は、前記走査方向を法線とする断面形状が略コの字形状の平行な2辺を構成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の画像読取装置。
- 前記ラックと前記ガイド部は、前記フレームと一体成型の樹脂で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画像読取装置。
- 前記フレームに設けられた回路基板と前記画像読取部とを電気的に接続する第1と第2の信号線束を有し、前記走査方向に対して、前記第1の信号線束を前記画像読取部の上流方向に、前記第2の信号線束を前記画像読取部の下流方向に分けて有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の画像読取装置。
- 前記フレームに設けられた回路基板と前記画像読取部とを電気的に接続する第1と第2の信号線束を有し、前記光学部の長手方向に対して、前記第1の信号線束を前記画像読取部の一端に、前記第2の信号線束を前記画像読取部の他端に有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の画像読取装置。
- 前記画像読取部において、前記ピニオンギアの軸受部を前記光学部の前記読取方向下流側に有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画像読取装置。
