Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る内燃機関の制御装置は、排気通路15内の排気ガス中のPMを捕集するPM捕集装置30と、PM捕集装置30にその上流側からオゾンを供給するためのオゾン供給手段40,41,42と、このオゾン供給手段によるオゾン供給実行時に内燃機関10の燃料噴射を停止する燃料噴射停止手段100とを備える。オゾン供給実行時に内燃機関の排ガスにNOx等のオゾン消費成分を含ませることを回避でき、オゾンを効率的に使用可能とすることができる。

図3はDPF再生制御の第1の形態の制御ルーチンを示す。このルーチンはECU100によって所定周期で繰り返し実行される。なお、このルーチンでは、DPF30に流入する排気ガス温度に関する三つの所定値T0,T1,T2が使用されるが、これら三つの所定値T0,T1,T2の大小関係は、この第1の形態の場合T1<T0<T2である。各所定値の意味については後述する。T1は例えば250℃、T2は例えば450℃である。
図4はDPF再生制御の第2の形態の制御ルーチンを示す。このルーチンもECU100によって所定周期で繰り返し実行される。このルーチンにおいて、DPF流入排気ガス温度に関する三つの所定値T0,T1,T2の大小関係はT1<T2<T0であり、特に所定値T0,T2の大小関係が逆転している。前記同様、T1は例えば250℃、T2は例えば450℃である。このルーチンもエンジン10がフュエルカット可能な運転状態のときに実行される。

Claims (5)
- 排気通路内の排気ガス中の粒子状物質を捕集する粒子状物質捕集装置と、
該粒子状物質捕集装置にその上流側からオゾンを供給するためのオゾン供給手段と、
該オゾン供給手段によるオゾン供給実行時に内燃機関の燃料噴射を停止する燃料噴射停止手段と
を備えることを特徴とする内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記燃料噴射停止手段により燃料噴射が停止された場合に前記粒子状物質捕集装置の温度が異常上昇するか否かを予測する予測手段をさらに備え、
前記燃料噴射停止手段は、前記予測手段により前記粒子状物質捕集装置の温度が異常上昇すると予測されないときに燃料噴射停止を実行する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記粒子状物質捕集装置に流入する排気ガスの温度又は前記粒子状物質捕集装置の床温を検出する温度検出手段をさらに備え、
前記燃料噴射停止手段による燃料噴射停止後、前記温度検出手段により検出された温度が第1所定値を下回るまではオゾン供給を実行せず、その検出された温度が第1所定値を下回った後にオゾン供給を実行する
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記予測手段により前記粒子状物質捕集装置の温度が異常上昇すると予測されたときに前記燃料噴射停止手段が燃料噴射停止を実行せず、この場合にオゾン供給を実行するか又は所定の強制再生制御を実行する
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記粒子状物質捕集装置に流入する排気ガスの温度又は前記粒子状物質捕集装置の床温を検出する温度検出手段をさらに備え、
前記予測手段は、前記温度検出手段により検出された温度と第2所定値とを比較して前記粒子状物質捕集装置の温度異常上昇の有無を判断する
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
