Claims (25)
- 内部で生物学的構成要素がバイオガスに転換され、発酵生成物(5)が発酵生成物出口(15)を通って引き出される反応装置(16)に対して出発材料として導入される40%未満、好ましくは15〜30%の乾燥物質(TS)含有率を有する生物学的廃棄物を嫌気的に発酵させるものであって、発酵生成物(5)の一部分を接種材料として反応装置に戻すことができる方法において、
出発材料(1)及び発酵生成物(5)が、反応装置の高さ(H)及び/又は長さ(2)に沿って分布した複数の入口開口部を通して選択的に導入されかつ/又は発酵生成物(5)が複数の発酵生成物の出口開口部(15)を通して引き出されることを特徴とする嫌気的発酵方法。 - 入口開口部(15)を通して接種材料も供給することができる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 発酵生成物(5)が機械式撹拌器(22)によってか又はガス注入(30.1)によって混合される、請求項1に記載の方法。

発酵用反応装置(16)が複数の入口及び出口開口部(15)を有し、この開口部を通して出発材料(1)又は発酵生成物(5)を選択的に導入する及び/又は引き出すことができることを特徴とする発酵装置。 - 出口開口部(15)を通して発酵生成物(5)を引き出すことができかつ入口開口部(15)を通して接種材料として発酵生成物(5)を導入できる中央搬送ステーション(10)を含み、開口部(15)へ及びそこからの流路を該搬送ステーション(10)を介して逆転させることができ、それぞれに変動する材料流れプロフィール(20.2)が発酵反応装置(16)の中に形成される、請求項10に記載の発酵装置。
- タイミング制御機構を介してか、又は発酵パラメータに反応して発酵プロセス中にその回転方向を逆転させることのできる撹拌器(22)を含む、請求項10又は11に記載の発酵装置。
