Claims (10)
- タンクの上部に設けられた少なくとも1つのオリフィス(21)と協働する、液体タンクの内部ガス圧の制御弁(C)であって、前記オリフィス(21)と連通する貫通空所(4)を備え、前記タンク内の圧力がタンク外部の圧力を上回る場合に作動可能な閉鎖手段(3)を有する本体(1)を含み、該本体(1)は、所定の限界値を上回るタンクと外部との圧力差の影響を受けて移動することができ、前記本体(1)は、外部およびタンク(R)にそれぞれ連通している2つの開口(8,10)を有するケースのスペース(22)中で、前記タンク(R)に連結された前記開口(10)の内側出口に設けられた弁座(12,12’)と接触する位置であって、外部に向かうガスの流れを妨げる第1の位置と、前記弁座(12,12’)から離れて、前記流れを可能にする第2の位置との間で摺動し、前記本体(1)を押し戻して前記弁座(12,12’)に接触させるための戻し手段(7)が設けてあり、該手段(7)は、圧力差の限界値が達成されるまで接触を確保するように調整されており、
前記弁(C)の本体(1)内に位置する前記閉鎖手段は、前記貫通空所(4)の一部の中を半径方向の遊びを持って自由に移動する小さい質量の可動部(3)で構成され、該可動部は、一方では、前記貫通空所(4)を閉鎖するために戻し手段(7)側に配置された弁座(6)と、他方では、前記タンク(R)に連結された開口(10)側に配置されたストッパ(5)との間を移動することができ、前記ストッパと接触している場合には閉鎖は行われないことを特徴とする、タンクの内部ガス圧の制御弁(C)。 - 前記可動部は、前記貫通空所(4)の円筒形部分内を移動できるボール(3)で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタンクの内部ガス圧の制御弁(C)。
- 前記ボールは、プラスチック製、例えば、ポリアセタール製であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のタンクの内部ガス圧の制御弁(C)。
- 前記本体(1)は円筒形であって、前記タンク(R)側端部がほぼ半球形であり、前記貫通空所(4)は、前記本体(1)の軸線方向に設けてあることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のタンクの内部ガス圧の制御弁(C)。
- 前記ストッパ(5)は、前記弁(C)の本体(1)に気密的に固定された別個の部品(2)上に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のタンクの内部ガス圧の制御弁(C)。
- 前記本体(1)および前記ストッパ(5)を備える部品(2)は、プラスチック成形品であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のタンクの内部ガス圧の制御弁(C)。
- 前記戻し手段は、スペース内で摺動軸線に沿って配置されたコイルばね(7)で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のタンクの内部ガス圧の制御弁(C)。
- 前記本体(1)は、その外周部に、前記ばね(7)の一方の末端のストッパとして働く環状の円周方向肩部を有しており、前記ばねの他方の末端は、前記ケースの内壁に当接することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のタンクの内部ガス圧の制御弁(C)。
- 前記ケースは、気密的に組み立てられた2つの部分(13;11,18)で構成され、各々の部分は、1つの開口(8;10)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のタンクの内部ガス圧の制御弁(C)。
- 前記タンク(R)と連通する開口(10)を含むケースの部分は、逆止弁(V)の上部カバー(18)を備える単一部品であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のタンクの内部ガス圧の制御弁(C)。
