Claims (16)
- 少なくとも1つの吸込み装置(30)と、排出装置(40)と、分離容器(100)と、真空ポンプ装置(20)とを特徴とするバキュームコンベアを不活性するための方法であって、不活性化中に、不活性流体が前記少なくとも1つの分離容器(100)内に、分離された物質(102)の自由面(102A)より下に供給されることを特徴とする方法。
- 特に前記分離された物質(102)の上に取り付けられた真空ポンプ装置(20)が前記分離容器(100)内に、不活性化中に前記少なくとも1つの分離容器(100)内の不活性流体の圧力より低い圧力を生成または維持することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の不活性化の方法。
- 特に真空ポンプ装置(20)のスイッチが切られた場合、不活性流体が加圧下で前記少なくとも1つの分離容器(100)内に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の不活性化の方法。
- 不活性流体が、排出口(40A)の近傍で前記少なくとも1つの分離容器(100)内に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし3の一項に記載の不活性化の方法。
- 不活性流体が、特に弁(43、43’)で制御される管路(44、45)によって分離容器(100)内に供給され、フィルタ(50)を通して清浄ガス側の方向に流動し、出口開口(100B)を通して前記分離容器(100)から流出することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし4の一項に記載の不活性化の方法。
- 不活性化が、不活性流体の連続供給および前記分離容器(100)の同時連続排気によって判別されるプロセスの範囲内で行なわれることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし5の一項に記載の不活性化の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの分離容器(100)内に存在する流体(104)の酸素濃度または別の望ましくない流体成分または単に条件付きで望まれる流体成分が、特に清浄ガス側の領域で測定されることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし6の一項に記載の不活性化の方法。
- 分離された物質中の流動ではなく、特に清浄ガス側の方向からフィルタを通過する流動が行なわれる従来の不活性化の方法と組み合わされ、前記従来の方法が特に前記分離された物質の排出中に行われることを特徴とする、請求項1または7に記載の不活性化の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの吸込み装置(30)と、排出装置(40)と、分離容器(100)と、真空ポンプ(20)と、不活性流体を前記分離容器内に供給するための手段とを有する、不活性化することのできるバキュームコンベアであって、前記不活性流体を供給するための手段が、前記少なくとも1つの分離容器(100)上および/または内に、分離される物質(102)の自由面(103)より下に設けられることを特徴とするバキュームコンベア。
- 前記不活性流体を供給するための手段が流動化ノズル(45、46)の形を取ることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記供給手段につながる管路(42、44)を、弁(43、43’)によって制御することができることを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の装置。
- 前記供給手段が容器壁(100A)内および/または上に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項9ないし11の一項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの供給手段が、前記排出装置(40)に属する排出蓋(41)の一部分の形を取ることを特徴とする、請求項9ないし12の一項に記載の装置。
- 前記供給手段が設けられる前記容器壁(100A)の領域が下方に緩やかに傾斜した形状を取ることを特徴とする、請求項9ないし13の一項に記載の装置。
- 前記容器壁(100A)が、特に前記供給手段が設けられる領域に狭窄の無い円筒状の形を取ることを特徴とする、請求項9ないし14の一項に記載の装置。
- 幾つかの供給手段が、前記分離容器の形状、特にその外周形状に一致する1つの構造、特に環状構造に配設されることを特徴とする、請求項9ないし15の一項に記載の装置。
