Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种密封容器底部真空自动进粉料装置，包括粉料槽、粉料管、气动球阀和自动控制箱。粉料管设置在容器底部，进料距离短，进料速度快。容器底部设置气动球阀，控制箱设置在粉料槽旁边。通过控制箱仪表设定气动球阀的开关参数值，参数值与容器内真空度相关，真空度达到一定数值后，负压表输送信号给仪表，气动球阀自动开启和关闭，物料自动吸入容器内。该装置减少了人工干预，避免了由于人工操作不准确造成的浆料倒流、抽空等现象，且降低了劳动强度，减少了物料损耗，提高了生产效率和产品品质。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种密封容器底部真空自动进粉料装置，尤其涉及一种化工及涂料行业使用的底部真空自动进粉料装置。
背景技术
在现有的涂料生产进粉料装置中，大部分为人工操作阀门控制，如果人工操作不及时，就会导致抽不净、抽空和浆料倒流现象发生，从而影响到下一步生产工序，甚至影响到产品质量和设备寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提高粉料进料效率，提高进料自动化程度，减少人工干预和物料损耗，提高生产效率。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下措施来达到的：设计一种密封容器底部真空自动进粉料装置，包括粉料槽、粉料管、气动球阀、电磁阀、控制仪表，其特征在于：粉料槽通过粉料管与密封容器底部连接，气动球阀配电磁阀连接控制仪表来控制进料，控制仪表设置在粉料槽旁边。通过控制箱仪表设定气动球阀的开关参数值，参数值与密封容器内真空度相关，真空度达到一定数值后，气动球阀自动开启和关闭，粉料自动吸入容器。
本实用新型与传统和现有技术相比，其优点是：粉料从容器底部进入，进料路径短，进料速度快。进料的开关采用自动控制，减少了人工干预，避免了由于人工操作不当造成的浆料倒流、抽空等现象。节省人力，降低了劳动强度，提高了生产效率和产品品质。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，容器5底部设置一进料口，进料口连接气动球阀3，粉料管2与气动球阀3通过快接连接；粉料槽1与粉料管2也通过快接连接；粉料管2上每隔1.5米开一个空气孔8，并装配小球阀。气动球阀3配电磁阀连接控制箱4来控制进料，控制箱4设置在粉料槽1旁边。控制箱内设CPU、AD转换模块和按钮，连接带485信号的负压表7。负压表7设置在容器上封头。通过控制箱4设定气动球阀3的开关参数值，参数值与容器5内真空度相关，用负压表7可测量。容器5连接真空泵6，采用负压抽真空方式进料。真空度降到一定数值时，负压表输送信号给CPU，气动球阀3自动开启；物料吸完后，真空度升到一定数值时，负压表输送信号给CPU，气动球阀3自动关闭。开关参数值可在仪表上随意设定。
自动吸料过程：将控制箱上开关选择在“自动位置”后，当负压达到设定值的上限时(-0.08MPA，可设定)，按自动吸料键，开始进入自动吸粉料过程，此时吸粉料阀门开启，当负压达到设定的下限时(如-0.02MPA，可设定)，自动关闭吸粉料阀门，当负压再次达到设定值的上限时，再次开启，如此循环操作，不会使浆料倒流，可以连续抽取粉料。当粉料吸入完毕后，按“自动停止”键，则退出自动工作过程。自动操作和手动操作可相互切换。

1.一种底部真空自动进粉料装置，包括粉料槽、粉料管、气动球阀、控制箱、负压真空表，其特征在于：粉料槽通过粉料管与容器底部连接，气动球阀配电磁阀连接控制箱来控制进料，控制箱设置在粉料槽旁边，连接带485信号的负压表，通过控制箱仪表设定气动球阀的开关参数值，参数值与容器内真空度相关，真空度达到一定数值后，负压表输送信号给开关，气动球阀自动开启和关闭，粉料自动吸入容器，该进料装置进料既可自动控制，又可手动控制。
