一种明胶输送装置。主要解决了现有的半成品明胶在混配时易在倒料的过程中混入异物及工人劳动强度大的问题。包括配料罐(1)，其特征在于：配料罐(1)上方设有脉冲除尘器(2),脉冲除尘器(2)的下方设有与配料罐(1)相对应的排放口(3)，脉冲除尘器(2)分别与进料斗(4)及真空装置(5)相通，进料斗（4）的底部空气进管上装有空气过滤器（5）。该明胶输送装置采用真空物料输送系统，使物料全部在密闭的系统内输送，提高了物料在生产过程中的安全卫生性；同时提高了作业的机械化，减少了人工操作，并提升了仓库的使用率。

本实用新型涉及一种明胶生产设备，具体涉及一种明胶输送装置。
背景技术
明胶是一种高分子化合物，广泛用于食品、医药、化工、纺织、印刷、造纸、五金、家具、感光材料等众多行业。半成品的明胶需要根据客户的要求进行混配成一定规格的成品才能出厂，传统明胶企业的混配过程都是人工将物料逐袋倒入混合器，然后进行混配，此种操作方式容易在倒料的过程中将外界的异物带入混合器，而且还容易造成微生物污染；工人的劳动强度大。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有的半成品明胶在混配时易在倒料的过程中混入异物及工人劳动强度大的不足，本实用新型提供一种明胶输送装置，该明胶输送装置采用真空物料输送系统，使物料全部在密闭的系统内输送，提高了物料在生产过程中的安全卫生性；同时提高了作业的机械化，减少了人工操作，并提升了仓库的使用率。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种明胶输送装置包括配料罐，配料罐上方设有脉冲除尘器,脉冲除尘器的下方设有与配料罐相对应的排放口，脉冲除尘器分别与进料斗及真空装置相通，进料斗的底部空气进管上装有空气过滤器。
所述的真空装置为涡流风机。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果：由于采取上述方案，在进料斗内倒入半成品物料，真空装置使脉冲除尘器内产生一定的真空度，在真空吸附的作用下，进料斗内的物料被吸入到脉冲除尘器内，明胶和空气分离，物料由脉冲除尘器下方的排放口排出并进入到配料罐内。由于物料全部在密闭的系统内输送，提高了物料在生产过程中的安全卫生性；同时提高了作业的机械化，减少了人工操作，并提升了仓库的使用率。同时半成品物料的包装也由25kg/袋的包装转变成了1吨的包装，节约了包材的使用，降低了成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明：
由图1所示，一种明胶输送装置包括配料罐1，配料罐1上方设有脉冲除尘器2，脉冲除尘器2的下方设有与配料罐1相对应的排放口3，脉冲除尘器2分别与进料斗4及真空装置6相通，进料斗4的底部进气管上设有空气过滤器5。上述的脉冲除尘器2为现有技术，其具体结构此处不作赘述。由于采取上述技术方案，在进料斗4内倒入半成品物料，真空装置6使脉冲除尘器2内产生一定的真空度，在真空吸附的作用下，进料斗4内的物料被吸入到脉冲除尘器2内，明胶与空气分离，物料由脉冲除尘器2下方的排放口3排出并进入到配料罐1内。由于物料全部在密闭的系统内输送，提高了物料在生产过程中的安全卫生性；同时提高了作业的机械化，减少了人工操作，并提升了仓库的使用率。同时半成品物料的包装也由25kg/袋的包装转变成了1吨的包装，节约了包材的使用，降低了成本。
所述的真空装置6为涡流风机。当然真空装置6也可以采用其它的真空发生装置，本实施例优选涡流风机，在能够满足真空度的条件下，结构简单，便于安装。

1.一种明胶输送装置，包括配料罐(1)，其特征在于：配料罐(1)上方设有脉冲除尘器(2),脉冲除尘器(2)的下方设有与配料罐(1)相对应的排放口(3)，脉冲除尘器(2)分别与进料斗(4)及真空装置(6)相通，进料斗(4)的底部进气管上设有空气过滤器(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种明胶输送装置，其特征在于：真空装置(6)为涡流风机。
