Claims (18)
- コーティングしたい領域に流体、特に粒子材料を塗布するための方法であって、該流体を、開口を備えた、少なくとも流体の塗布時に振動を実施する調量システムから供給し、コータの前進運動方向で見て、流体を、コーティングしたい領域に塗布し、その後、レベリングエレメントを、塗布された流体の上方で走行させて、コーティングしたい領域に流体を塗布するための方法において、開口(11)を、調量システム(3)の停止状態で、開口(11)への流体(5)の錐状堆積物形成によって閉鎖することを特徴とする、コーティングしたい領域に流体を塗布するための方法。
- 振動が、水平なまたは/かつ鉛直な成分を有しており、または/かつ振動をほぼ回動運動(8)のように行う、請求項1記載の方法。
- レベリングエレメントが、調量システム(3)と共に振動するブレード(14)として形成されている、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- レベリングエレメントが、回転するローラとして形成されており、該ローラの回転運動が、コータの前進走行方向と逆方向に向けられている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 流体(5)の調量が、流体(5)の、調量システム(3)に提供された残留体積よりも常に小さい、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- レベリングエレメントが、流体の高さを、コーティングしたい領域に対して垂直に調整する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- コーティングしたい領域の積層を流体の繰返しの塗布によって行う、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 回動運動(8)を偏心体(12)を介して獲得する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- コーティングしたい領域に流体を、特に請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法で塗布するための装置であって、レベリングエレメントと、該レベリングエレメントの前進運動方向で見て、調量装置とが設けられており、該調量装置によって、コーティングしたい領域に流体が塗布されるようになっており、ブレードが、塗布された流体の上方で走行可能であり、調量装置が、開口を備えていて、振動を実施するようになっている形式のものにおいて、開口(11)が、調量システム(3)の停止状態で、開口(11)への流体(5)の錐状堆積物形成によって閉鎖されるように設けられていることを特徴とする、コーティングしたい領域に流体を塗布するための装置。
- レベリングエレメント(14)が、調量システム(3)に結合されている、請求項9記載の装置。
- レベリングエレメントが、調量システム(3)の一部を形成している、請求項9または10記載の装置。
- 調量システム(3)が、ほぼホッパ状に形成されている、請求項9から11までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 調量システム(3)が、充填レベルセンサを有している、請求項9から12までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 開口(11)が、コーティングしたい領域(4)の可能な限りすぐ上方にかつ調量システム(3)の前進運動方向で見て、レベリングエレメント(14)の前方に設けられている、請求項9から13までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 目下のコーティングのために必要となる流体(5)よりも多くの流体(5)が通流するように、開口(11)が寸法設定されている、請求項9から14までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 極めて微細な粒子材料(5)、特にプラスチック粒子材料、金属粉末または鋳物砂を塗布するための請求項9から15までのいずれか1項記載の装置の使用。
- 模型を造形するための方法での請求項9から15までのいずれか1項記載の装置の使用。
