Description
Claims (2)
- 流動性を有する粒状材料を基板の表面全体にわたって個々の重ねられた層になるように塗布してこれらの連続層の選択的固化によって三次元オブジェクトを生成する方法であって、前記方法において、流動性を有する粒状材料が充填容器(24)に導入された材料供給部から全長にわたって長尺状の横断面ホッパー形状の計量シャフト(30)に導入され、前記計量シャフト(30)は、基板上を前後に移動され、その移動中に、導入された粒状材料が計量シャフト(30)の下面のスロットから下方に連続層状に放出されて均一に分配され、且つ流動性を有する粒状材料の供給物は、準備ベースで充填容器(24)に均一に分配され、充填容器(24)は、基板上を計量シャフト(30)と共に移動され、移動中に、計量シャフト(30)は、計量シャフト(30)中の充填高さが一定のままであるように材料供給部から流動性を有する粒状材料が充填される方法。
- 流動性を有する粒状材料を基板の表面全体にわたって個々の重ねられた層になるように塗布するための塗布装置(20)であって、この塗布装置は、基板上を前後に移動されることができ、この塗布装置(30)の移動中に流動性を有する粒状材料が連続層として放出されることができる、底部にスロット状の放出開口を有する長尺状の計量シャフト(30)を備え、前記計量シャフト(30)の上方に、上方に向けて開口する充填容器(24)を備え、この充填容器(24)は、充填容器に導入された粒状材料の充填容器内での均一な準備分配のための分配デバイス(22)を有し、予め決定された一定の充填高さが粒状材料の放出中に計量シャフト(30)内で維持されるように導入された材料が充填容器から計量された形態で計量シャフト(30)に送られる、塗布装置。
