Description
− 還元された触媒を、所望のLOIに達するまで水に曝露すること、
− 還元されていない触媒を、所望のレベルを超えるLOIに達するまで水に曝露し、続けて触媒を還元し、それによってLOIを所望のレベルに減少させること、
− 還元された触媒を、所望のレベルを超えるLOIに達するまで水に曝露し、続けて触媒を不活性あるいは還元性雰囲気中で処理し、それによってLOIを所望のレベルに減少させること、および
− 触媒を、水素および水を含有する雰囲気中で還元すること
を含む。
Claims (10)
- 固体酸、水素化金属、および600℃における強熱減量として測定された水1.5〜6重量%を含む触媒の存在下に、アルキル化されるべき炭化水素供給原料をアルキル化剤と接触させることを含む、炭化水素供給原料をアルキル化する方法。
- 触媒が水1.8〜4重量%を含む、請求項1に従う方法。
- 触媒が水2〜3重量%を含む、請求項2に従う方法。
- 固体酸が、ゼオライト、シリカ−アルミナ、硫酸化酸化物、ジルコニウム、モリブデン、タングステン、若しくはリンの混合酸化物、塩素化アルミニウム酸化物または塩素化粘土、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- 固体酸が、モルデナイト、ベータゼオライト、X−ゼオライト、およびY−ゼオライトからなる群から選ばれたゼオライトである、請求項4に従う方法。
- 水素化金属が第VIII族の貴金属である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- 炭化水素が飽和炭化水素である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- 触媒が、アルキル化方法に使用される前に、固体酸および水素化金属を含む乾燥触媒に水を加えることによって調製される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- 水1.5重量%未満を含む触媒を使用してアルキル化方法が開始され、そしてアルキル化方法の間に水が触媒に加えられる、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- 再生された触媒を水含有雰囲気に曝露することによって、または再生段階の間に水含有雰囲気を使用することによって、アルキル化方法の間に水が触媒に加えられる、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に従う方法。
