Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 注入過程の間に流体容器が空になったときを検出する方法において、
流体容器を注入流量制御装置に接続している注入ライン内の圧力を選択された頻度で採集する段階と、
選択された時間に亘り前記採集された圧力を平均化することによって第一の平均化された採集圧力の値を計算する段階と、
前記平均化された採集圧力値をメモリに記憶させる段階と、
第二の選択された時間に亘って前記採集された圧力を平均化することによって第二の平均化された採集圧力値を計算する段階と、
前記第一の平均化された採集圧力値と前記第二の平均化された採集圧力値との間の差異を計算する段階と、
前記差異が所定の限界値に達すると信号を提供する段階とを含むことを特徴とする流体容器が空になったときを検出する方法。 - 各計算に対して前記選択した時間を増分して、前記注入ライン内の圧力を採集しつづけ、平均化された採集圧力値を計算する段階と、
最後の前記平均化された採集圧力値を直近の先行する平均化された採集圧力値と比較し、最後の前記平均化された採集圧力値と直近の先行する前記平均化された採集圧力値との間の差異を計算する段階と、
前記差異が所定の限界値に達すると、信号を提供する段階とを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 複数の平均化された採集圧力値を処理して、該複数の平均化された採集圧力値の勾配の変化の割合の最適測定値を提供する段階と、
前記変化の割合の最適測定値が前記注入ライン内での所定の状態の存在を指示するときを検出する段階を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記信号を提供する段階は前記容器が空であることを指示する信号を提供することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記信号を提供する段階は前記容器に関連した滴下室が空であることを指示する信号を提供することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記採集を前記流体容器から前記流体が流れるようにさせるポンプ機構の運動と同期化させる段階を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記流体圧力を採集する段階が、前記流体の流れの制御装置における流体運動機構と前記容器との間に位置する位置において注入ラインと直接接触することを通して前記注入ライン内の圧力を採集する段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 一次および二次流体容器を流量制御装置と接続している注入ライン内の圧力を採集する段階を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 注入ラインによって注入流量制御装置に接続されている流体容器の流体が空になったときを検出するシステムにおいて、
流体ラインと作動連通している圧力センサであって、前記流体ライン内の圧力をモニタし、モニタされた圧力を表す信号を提供することができる圧力センサと、
圧力関連の値を記憶するメモリと、
前記圧力センサおよび前記メモリと作動連通しているプロセッサであって、前記圧力センサからの信号を受信し、選択された間隔で受信信号を採集するようにプログラム化され、また第一の選択された間隔の間に受信した信号から第一の平均化した採集圧力を計算し、前記第一の平均化された採集圧力の値を前記メモリに記憶させるようにプログラム化され、また第二の選択された間隔の間に計算された第二の平均化された採集圧力と前記記憶されている平均化された採集圧力とを比較し、もしも比較の結果前記第一と第二の計算され平均化された採集圧力の値の間に差異が生じ、それが所定の限界値に達すれば信号を提供するようにプログラム化されているプロセッサとを含むことを特徴とする流体容器から流体が空になったときを検出するシステム。 - 前記圧力センサが前記注入流量制御装置のハウジング内に位置していることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサが前記注入流量制御装置から離れて位置することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサが医療機関の情報システムと通信しており、前記信号が前記医療機関内の少なくとも一人の看護師に通知するように前記情報システムに通信されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサが前記注入流量制御装置の流体運動機構の回転数を計数し、所定の回転数が完了すると前記平均化された圧力の値を計算するようにプログラム化されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記圧力センサが前記注入流量制御装置の流体運動機構と前記容器との間の位置において前記流体ラインと直接接触して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサが前記注入流量制御装置の一部を形成する流体制御機構の運動と同期的に前記受信信号を採集するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサが更に、一次および二次流体容器を前記注入流量制御装置と接続している前記注入ライン内の圧力を採集するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記注入流量制御装置が注入ポンプを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のシステム。
