Description
別の態様では、複数の薬剤容器から流体を放出するように構成された複数の駆動装置と、流体伝達装置であって、その1つずつが薬剤容器から流体を受け入れるように構成された複数の流体入力部、及び流体伝達装置から出て、患者に接続された投与管に入る流体の流れに抵抗を与えるように構成され、且つ流体伝達装置内の流体圧力の低下によって投与管内の流体圧力が低下するのを防止するように構成された逆流バリアを含む流体出力部を有する流体伝達装置と、流体伝達装置内の1つ又は複数の位置における流体圧力を表すセンサ信号を発生させるように構成された圧力検知装置と、駆動装置及び前記圧力検知装置に結合された制御装置であって、制御装置が、第1の薬剤容器用の駆動装置を第1の薬剤容器に対して後進方向に動かすことによって伝達装置内の流体圧力を低下させ、その後、第2の薬剤容器用の駆動装置を第2の薬剤容器に対して前進方向に動かすことによって伝達装置内の流体圧力を基準圧力まで上昇させるように、少なくとも圧力検知装置からの、第1の薬剤容器から第2の薬剤容器への切り替え中での複数のセンサ信号に基づいて駆動装置を動作させるように構成され、基準圧力が、流体伝達装置から出る流体の流れに対する逆流バリアの抵抗に打ち克つのに必要な圧力である制御装置とを備える連続的な医療用ポンプ中継システムが提供される。
Claims (11)
- 前進及び後進方向を有し、前進方向へ動作された場合に、少なくとも第1及び第2の薬剤容器からそれぞれ流体を放出するように構成された少なくとも第1及び第2の駆動装置と、
流体伝達装置であって、前記第1及び第2の薬剤容器から流体を受け入れるように構成された少なくとも第1及び第2の流体入力部、及び当該流体伝達装置内の流体がそれを通って流れることができるように構成された逆流バリアを有する流体出力部を含む流体伝達装置と、
前記流体伝達装置内の1つ又は複数の位置における流体圧力を表すセンサ信号を発生させるように構成された少なくとも1つの圧力検知装置と、
前記第1及び第2の駆動装置及び前記圧力検知装置に結合され、前記第1及び第2の駆動装置を少なくとも前記センサ信号に基づいて動作させる制御装置であって、前記第1の駆動装置を停止させる前に、前記制御装置は、前記第1の駆動装置を後進方向に動作させて流体圧力を低下させ、前記第2の駆動装置を第1速度で前進方向に動作させて流体圧力が基準圧力の所定の一部に達すると、次に、前記第1速度より遅い第2速度で、流体圧力が基準圧力に達するまでボーラスを生ずることなく第2駆動装置を動作させることによって、基準圧力の第1薬剤容器から流通中の流体から、第2の薬剤容器から流通中の流体にシステムを切り替えるように構成される制御装置と
を備える連続的なポンプ中継システム。 - 前記流体伝達装置が基端及び先端を有する延長管を備え、前記基端がそれぞれ、薬剤容器に接続されると開き、薬剤容器から分離されると閉じるように構成された弁機構を有し、前記先端がコネクタによって前記逆流バリアに結合されるように適合される
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記圧力検知装置が、前記延長管の前記基端と前記先端の間に配設されたセンサを含む
請求項2に記載のシステム。 - 前記基準圧力が、流体が前記流体伝達装置の前記逆流バリアから流出する圧力である
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記基準圧力が、前記駆動装置が前記第1の薬剤容器からの流体の放出を開始した後に生じる圧力上昇の中断に対応する時間における圧力である
請求項4に記載のシステム。 - 前記圧力検知装置が、前記流体伝達装置内の複数の監視位置における圧力を表すセンサ
信号を発生させるように構成されたセンサを含む
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記基準圧力が、前記駆動装置が前記第1の薬剤容器からの流体の放出を開始した後に、前記流体伝達装置内の2つ以上の前記監視位置で生じる圧力上昇の中断に対応する時間における圧力である
請求項6に記載のシステム。 - 複数の薬剤容器から流体を放出するように構成された複数の駆動装置と、
流体伝達装置であって、その1つずつが薬剤容器から流体を受け入れるように構成された複数の流体入力部、及び当該流体伝達装置から出て、患者に接続された投与管に入る流体の流れに抵抗を与えるように構成され、且つ当該流体伝達装置内の流体圧力の低下によって前記投与管内の流体圧力が低下するのを防止するように構成された逆流バリアを含む流体出力部を有する流体伝達装置と、
前記流体伝達装置内の1つ又は複数の位置における流体圧力を表すセンサ信号を発生させるように構成された圧力検知装置と、
前記駆動装置及び前記圧力検知装置に結合された制御装置であって、当該制御装置が、
第1の薬剤容器用の駆動装置を第1の薬剤容器に対して後進方向に動かすことによって前記伝達装置内の流体圧力を低下させ、その後、第2の薬剤容器用の駆動装置を第2の薬剤容器に対して前進方向に動かすことによって前記伝達装置内の流体圧力を基準圧力まで上昇させるように、少なくとも前記圧力検知装置からの、第1の薬剤容器から第2の薬剤容器への切り替え中での複数の前記センサ信号に基づいて前記駆動装置を動作させるように構成され、前記基準圧力が、前記流体伝達装置から出る流体の流れに対する前記逆流バリアの抵抗に打ち克つのに必要な圧力である制御装置と
を備える
