Claims (15)
- カーボンナノチューブ材料を精製するための方法において、カーボンナノチューブ、マグネシア担体及び触媒金属を含有するカーボンナノチューブ材料を、二酸化炭素と水とを含有する混合物に接触させる工程であって、該マグネシア担体の少なくとも幾らかは、水溶性化合物を形成するように反応させる該工程を含む、上記方法。
- 前記水溶性化合物を前記カーボンナノチューブから分離する工程を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物は、錯化剤を更に含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒金属の少なくとも幾らかは、反応して水溶性化合物を形成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記接触工程は、2回以上行う、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記接触工程は、約0℃〜約40℃の間の温度で行う、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記カーボンナノチューブ材料を、塩酸、硝酸、硫酸及びそれらの組み合わせから成る群から選ばれる酸で処理する工程を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物は、水溶性アミンを更に含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物は、キレート化剤を更に含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒金属の少なくとも幾らかは、水溶性化合物を形成するように反応させる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物は、還元剤を更に含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物は、ヒドロ亜硫酸ナトリウム、亜硫酸水素ナトリウム又はそれらの両方を更に含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記接触工程を、二酸化炭素及び水を含有する前記混合物の連続フローの中で行う、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記カーボンナノチューブ材料を、酸化雰囲気中、約100℃〜約400℃の範囲の温度で加熱する工程を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記接触工程は2回以上行い、しかも、最初の接触工程の後、前記混合物は、還元剤、キレート化剤、錯化剤、水溶性アミン、ヒドロ亜硫酸ナトリウム、および亜硫酸水素ナトリウムからなる群から選択されるものを更に含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
