Description

試験条件としては、ガス量：２００ｍ3Ｎ／ｈ、添加したＨ2０：８％、Ｃ０2：１４％、０2：４％、Ｎ2：７４％、ＨＣｌ：１０ｐｐｍ、ＳＯ2：５００ｐｐｍであって、水銀濃度がＨｇ：１０μｇ／ｍ3Ｎであり、常圧、水銀酸化触媒１３の種類はV2O5(4wt%)-WO3(5wt%)/TiO2、触媒温度：150℃、触媒ＳＶ：6000h-1であった。冷却塔６温度：５５℃、冷却塔６液組成：純水（初期）、脱硫吸収塔７温度：５５℃、脱硫吸収塔７液組成：２０ｗｔ％ＣａＳＯ4であった。
比較実験１では、冷却塔６への空気の通気を行わず、実験１では、冷却塔６への空気の通気を行い（0.1m3N/h)、実験２では、冷却塔６への空気の通気とともに脱硫吸収塔７への過剰量空気の通気を行った（1.5m3N/h)。
下記表４に、試験結果を示す。

Claims (1)

  1. さらに加えて、前記スクラバーの後流に設けられ、空気または酸化剤の少なくともいずれか一を洗浄液槽に混合して、該洗浄液と排ガスとを接触させる、気液接触部を備え、かつ、
    該洗浄液の酸化還元電位を測定する、第二の電位計を備えることを特徴とする請求項５又は６に記載の排ガス中の水銀除去システム。
