ここで、Tは、測定された回転トルク、d2は、最大直径、およびFは、接触面に加えられる垂直力である。接触面上で発生される摩擦力の変化を、トルクセンサを用いて経時的に回転トルクをモニターすることによって追跡することができる。試験中または潤滑剤の消耗のために摩耗が生じる場合に変化する摩擦力を、回転トルクの変化につれて、きめ細かく検出することができる。
Claims (4)
- 試験片を保持する試料ホルダと、
前記試験片に押し付けられて前記試験片との間に摩擦摩耗を発生させる押圧手段と、
前記押圧手段に結合され、前記押圧手段が所定の押圧力を前記試験片に加えている間、前記試験片の平面内で前記押圧手段に所定の移動を与える駆動ユニットと
を具え、前記押圧手段は、最小直径(d1)と、最大直径(d2)と、前記試験片の表面から所定の距離(L)に配される回転中心軸線を有し、前記駆動ユニットにより回転中心軸線の周りを回転し、d1<L<d2の場合に前記試験片と断続的に直接接触して接触時に最大応力が与えられるように前記試験片に対する押し付けが制御されるカムであり、
試料ホルダは、これに結合される弾性部材により、前記試験片に加えられる前記押圧力に応じて前記試験片を前記押圧手段に対し変位可能とすることを特徴とする摩耗試験機。 - 試験片を試料ホルダで保持する工程と、
押圧手段を前記試験片に押し付けてこの押圧手段と前記試験片との間に摩擦摩耗を発生させる工程と、
前記押圧手段に結合される駆動ユニットを用い、前記押圧手段が所定の押圧力を前記試験片に加えている間、前記試験片の平面内で前記押圧手段に所定の移動を与える工程と
を具え、前記押圧手段は、最小直径(d1)と最大直径(d2)とを有し、前記試験片の表面から所定の距離(L)に配される回転中心軸線を有し、前記駆動ユニットにより前記回転中心軸線の周りを回転し、d1<L<d2の場合に前記試験片と断続的に直接接触して接触時に最大応力が与えられるように前記試験片に対する押し付けが制御されるカムを具えることを特徴とし、
また試料ホルダは、これに結合される弾性部材により、前記試験片に加えられる前記押圧力に応じて前記試験片を前記押圧手段に対し変位可能とすることを特徴とする摩耗試験方法。 - 請求項1に記載の摩耗試験機を用いることを特徴とする駆動システムモータ。
- 請求項2に記載の摩耗試験方法を用いることを特徴とする駆動システムモータ。
