Claims (26)
- 固体潤滑剤凝集塊の製造方法であって、
粒状固体潤滑剤と無機バインダーとを、約19 : 1 〜約1 : 19の重量比において混合し、さらに、液体を加えることにより、約5〜60重量%の固形分を有する混合物を製造する工程と、
前記混合物を乾燥することにより乾燥凝集塊を製造する工程と、
前記乾燥凝集塊をサイズにより分類、又は、前記乾燥凝集塊を轢き潰してサイズによりにより分類することにより、所望の粒径切削物を得る工程と
を含む固体潤滑剤凝集塊の製造方法。 - 凝集塊のアンダーサイズ粒子画分及びオーバーサイズ粒子画分を分類により製造し、その後、凝集塊を元の液体に再分散させることによるアンダーサイズ凝集塊画分の再加工、及び、元の液体に再分散させるか又は破砕をすることによるオーバーサイズ凝集塊画分の再加工、並びに、所望の粒径切削物の範囲内の粒径の回収が行われる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記所望の粒径切削物を分類により得た後、前記所望の粒径切削物におけるバインダーを、元の液体において非分散化する請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記固体潤滑剤が、六方晶系窒化ホウ素、グラファイト、フッ化カルシウム、フッ化マグネシウム、フッ化バリウム、二硫化タングステン、及び二硫化モリブデン粒子からなる群から選択される少なくとも1の潤滑剤である請求項3に記載の方法。
- 充填材を、固体潤滑剤及びバインダーに、固形分の40体積%までの量において加える請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記固体潤滑剤が六方晶系窒化ホウ素であり、前記バインダーに対する窒化ホウ素の重量比が約9:1〜4:6である範囲において前記バインダーと混合される請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記液体が水であり、前記バインダーが、前記所望の粒径切削物において、850℃より高い温度において安定化される含水ケイ酸アルミニウムである請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記バインダーが、ベントナイト、フーラー土、又はモンモリロナイトの少なくとも1つである請求項7に記載の方法。
- 丸みを有する、固体潤滑剤凝集塊の製造方法であって、
粒状固体潤滑剤と無機バインダーとを、水中でミキサーにおいて、バインダーに対する固体潤滑剤の重量比が約19 : 1 〜 1 : 19である範囲において混合し、約5〜60重量%の固形分を有するスラリーを製造する工程と、
前記スラリーの液滴を乾燥することにより、乾燥した、丸みを有する固体凝集塊を形成する工程と
を含む、丸みを有する固体潤滑剤凝集塊の製造方法。 - 前記固体球状凝集塊をオーバーサイズ画分、アンダーサイズ画分、及び製品画分を製造するためにサイズにより分類する工程と、オーバーサイズ及びアンダーサイズ画分をパルプ化し、ミキサーに再循環する工程と、製品画分を元の液体において非分散化する工程とを含む請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記固体潤滑剤が、六方晶系窒化ホウ素、グラファイト、フッ化カルシウム、フッ化マグネシウム、フッ化バリウム、二硫化タングステン、及び二硫化モリブデン粒子からなる群から選択される少なくとも1の潤滑剤である請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記固体潤滑剤が、前記バインダーに対する固体潤滑剤の重量比が約9:1〜4:6である範囲において、前記バインダーと混合される請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記バインダーが、所望の粒径切削物において、850℃より高い温度において安定化される含水ケイ酸アルミニウムである請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記固体潤滑剤が六方晶系窒化ホウ素であって、前記バインダー粉末に対する六方晶系窒化ホウ素の重量比が約9:1〜4:6である範囲において前記バインダーと混合される請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記バインダーが、ベントナイト、フーラー土、モンモリロナイト、又はこれらの混合物の少なくとも1つである請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記固体潤滑剤が六方晶系窒化ホウ素であって、前記バインダー粉末に対する六方晶系窒化ホウ素の重量比が約9:1〜4:6である範囲において前記バインダー粉末と混合され、及び、水とともにスラリー化がされ、約20〜30重量%の固形分を含むスラリーを製造する請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記固体潤滑剤が六方晶系窒化ホウ素であって、前記バインダー粉末に対する六方晶系窒化ホウ素の重量比が約9:1〜4:6である範囲において前記バインダーと混合され、及び、
水とともにスラリー化がされ、約5〜60重量%の固形分を含むスラリーを製造し、並びに、前記バインダー粉末が、ベントナイト、フーラー土、モンモリロナイト、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記固体潤滑剤が六方晶系窒化ホウ素であって、前記バインダー粉末に対する六方晶系窒化ホウ素の重量比が約8:2となる様に前記バインダーと混合され、及び、
水とともにスラリー化がされ、約20〜30重量%の固形分を含むスラリーを製造し、並びに、前記バインダーが、含水ケイ酸アルミニウムである請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記含水ケイ酸アルミニウムが、ベントナイト、フーラー土、又はモンモリロナイトの少なくとも1つである請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記バインダーがケイ酸ナトリウムである請求項2に記載の方法。
- 充填材を、前記固体潤滑剤及びバインダーに、固形分の40体積%までの量において加えることを更に含む請求項17に記載の方法。
- 請求項8に記載の方法によって製造された固体潤滑剤凝集塊。
- 請求項9に記載の方法によって製造された、丸みを有する固体潤滑剤凝集塊。
- 請求項17に記載の方法によって製造された、丸みを有する固体潤滑剤凝集塊。
- 請求項5に記載の方法によって製造された固体潤滑剤凝集塊。
- 請求項21に記載の方法によって製造された、丸みを有する固体潤滑剤凝集塊。
