Claims (9)
- 細胞培養装置であって、
柔軟な培養チャンバー、及び
波誘導メカニズム
を含み、波誘導メカニズムが培養チャンバーの長さの5〜50%を持ち上げる細胞培養装置。 - 波誘導システムが培養チャンバーの下部の表面積の8〜20%を動かす、請求項1に記載の細胞培養装置。
- 波誘導メカニズムが培養チャンバーの下部の一部を1〜90°、好ましくは1〜25°の角度に動かす、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の細胞培養装置。
- 培養チャンバーがチューブ又は通気性膜など空気を循環させる手段を含む、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の細胞培養装置。
- 波誘導メカニズムが培養チャンバーの長さの5〜50%を交互に持ち上げる、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の細胞培養装置。
- 培養チャンバーが柔軟なビニール袋である、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の細胞培養装置。
- 培養チャンバーの充填率が10〜80%、好ましくは20〜40%である、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の細胞培養装置。
- 植物細胞、動物細胞、又は微生物を培養するための、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の細胞培養装置の使用。
- 細胞がバイオマス細胞、胚形成植物細胞、代謝産物、2次植物代謝産物及び/又は組換え分子を産生している、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の細胞培養装置の使用。
