Claims (11)
- 電気サーボモータ、伝達機構及び操作素子から成る操作器であって、サーボモータの駆動により操作素子が特定の位置へもたらされ、かつこの位置に保持可能であり、サーボモータが、周囲に分布した多数の永久磁石を持つ第1の部分と整流された電流を供給される巻線を有する磁極歯を持つ第2の部分から成る直流電動機であるものにおいて、
a)第1の部分(20;30;40;50)が、その周囲にわたって交互に、小さい磁界の強さの第1の区域(21;31;41;51)と大きい磁界強さの第2の区域(22;32;42;52)とを持ち、第2の区域(22;32;42;52)の周囲角(23;33;43;53)が、第2の部分(25;35;45;55)の磁極歯(27;37;47;57)の周囲角(28;38;48;58)に実質的に等しく、
b)1つの磁極歯(27;37;47;57)が常にすべての第2の区域(22;32;42;52)を同時に通過するように、周囲に均一に分布する磁極歯(27;37;47;57)の数が選ばれ、
c)従って給電されない状態で電動機の空転の際、第1の部分(20;30;40;50)と第2の部分(25;35;45;55)との間に、高められた脈動トルクが及ぼされることを特徴とする、操作器。 - 小さい磁界の強さの第1の区域(21)及び大きい磁界の強さの第2の区域(22)が、周囲にわたって変化する永久磁石(20)の磁化によって生じることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の操作器。
- 小さい磁界の強さの第1の区域(31)の少なくとも若干が、2つの隣接する永久磁石(32)の間の間隙により形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の操作器。
- 小さい磁界の強さの第1の区域(41)の少なくとも若干が、磁極歯(47)の周囲角の数倍の周囲角(43)を持つ少なくとも若干の永久磁石(42)における空隙(41′)の半径方向増大により形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の操作器。
- 小さい磁界の強さの第1の区域(21;31;41;51)の少なくとも若干の周囲角(23′;33′;43′;53′)が、周方向における磁極歯(27;37;47;57)の間の間隙の周囲角(28′;38′;48′;58′)にほぼ等しいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の操作器。
- 第1の区域の周囲角(23′;33′;43′;53′)が、磁極歯(27;37;47;57)の周囲角(28;38;48;58)の0.2〜0.3倍の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の操作器。
- 磁極歯(27;37;47)の先端(39)の半径方向における厚さが、2つの隣接する磁極歯の先端の間隔より小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の操作器。
- 第1の部分(20;30;40)が固定子であり、第2の部分(25;35;45)が内部にある回転子であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の操作器。
- 第2の部分(55)が固定子であり、第1の部分(50)が内部にある回転子であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の操作器。
- 請求項1〜9の1つに記載の操作器を持つ制御可能な摩擦クラッチ。
- 伝達機構(5)が歯車伝動装置であり、操作素子(6)が相対回転可能な2つの傾斜路環(13,14)から成り、これら傾斜路環の少なくとも1つが、伝達機構(5)を介して回転可能であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の制御可能な摩擦クラッチ。
