Abstract
Description
本発明の意義において接触要素の平らな支持面は、平坦であるか、横断面において丸くなった輪郭(その半径は留められた電線の半径よりも遥かに大きい)を意味する。横断面の狙いとされた造形によって、溶接プロセスの過程信頼性は明らかに高められる。なぜなら、横断面は溶接プロセスの前、間そして後で画定された設定に対応し、それで全体過程が正確に制御可能だからである。本来の溶接プロセス前に電線の完全性を点検することは、想定された全ての電線が存在する場合にのみ溶接プロセスが実行されることを保障する。そして、抵抗溶接プロセスが、接触要素との電線の持続的安定で良好な導電性の連結をもたらす。
この検査は、光学的又は電気的に実施され得る。電気的検査のために、上記した横断面でまっすぐな形態要素のための電気駆動の電力経過を決定(算定)することが特に適する。駆動電流は、形態要素が電線に当接するまで、はじめ一定である。電線が形態要素の動きに抵抗する場合、駆動電流は増加して、機械的に調整可能な最小断面で最大に達する。続いて溶接プロセスが行われると、素線の再度の圧縮と、それゆえに横断面の再度の減少という事態になる。したがって溶接電流の経過曲線と関連した駆動電流の経過曲線から、横断面とその変化が正確に決定(算定)される。
これら接触要素の各々に対して、二つの追加的な圧着要素を用いて、電線を取り囲む支持面で、電線剥ぎ取りのリスクが十分に回避され得る。これによってその機械的負荷軽減による電気接続の長期安定性が更に改善される。
Claims (8)
- 対応する対抗接触要素と協働する接触要素と、それぞれが複数の素線から構成される複数の電線との間で導電性連結部を作り上げる方法において、接触要素の平らな支持面に上記電線を置くこと、電線の完全性を検査すること、及び続いて抵抗溶接を用いて接触要素に電線を接触固定することを特徴とする方法。
- 電線が矩形断面の形状でもたらされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記形状が、側方を塞ぐことができる二つの形態要素によって作られることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 電線の完全性は、素線によって形成された横断面の決定によって検査されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 横断面が光学的に決定されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 横断面が電気駆動される形態要素の電力経過から決定されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に係る方法にしたがい生じる多数の付着電線を備えた接触要素において、支持面が追加的に二つの圧着要素を有し、当該圧着要素が電線を取り囲むことを特徴とする接触要素。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に係る方法にしたがい生じる多数の付着電線を備えた接触要素において、ねじ結合によってアースピンに保持されるアースターミナルラグとして形成されることを特徴とする接触要素。
