Claims (23)
- 脛骨が膝の大腿骨と関節接触するのを容易にするための人工装具であって、前記大腿骨は内側顆および外側顆を有し、前記膝人工装具は、
外側凹面および内側凹面を画成する脛骨構成要素を具備し、
前記外側凹面は、正常な膝屈曲中に前記大腿骨の前記外側顆と相互作用するように構成された第一の部分と、高い膝屈曲中に前記大腿骨の前記外側顆と相互作用するように構成された第二の部分と、を有し、
前記内側凹面は、正常な膝屈曲中に前記大腿骨の前記内側顆と相互作用するように構成された第一の部分と、高い膝屈曲中に前記大腿骨の前記内側顆と相互作用するように構成された第二の部分と、を有し、
前記外側および内側の凹面は異なる形状を有し、前記第一および第二の部分は、それぞれの凹面内で少なくとも部分的に別個の場所にある人工装具。 - 前記脛骨構成要素は、前記外側および内側の凹面を画成する脛骨トレーを含み、前記脛骨トレーは、前記脛骨の近位端に連結可能である請求項1記載の人工装具。
- 前記脛骨構成要素は、材料の単一片から構造される請求項2記載の人工装具。
- 前記内側凹面は、少なくとも前記第一および第二の部分を包含する合致境界を含む請求項1記載の人工装具。

内側顆および外側顆を有する大腿骨構成要素と、
内側凹面および外側凹面を画成する脛骨構成要素と、
を具備し、
前記外側凹面は前記内側凹面とは異なる形状を有し、
前記内側および外側の凹面は、正常な膝屈曲中に前記大腿骨構成要素の前記内側顆および前記外側顆に関節接触する第一の部分を有し、
前記内側および外側の凹面は、前記第一の部分とは少なくとも部分的に別個であり、且つ、高い膝屈曲中に前記大腿骨構成要素の前記内側顆および前記外側顆に関節接触する第二の部分を有する膝人工装具。 - 前記脛骨構成要素は、前記膝の脛骨にしっかりと装着される請求項13記載の膝人工装具。
- 前記脛骨構成要素は、前記脛骨に接着されるときに、前記膝の後十字靱帯の保存を可能にするように適合される請求項14記載の膝人工装具。
- 前記内側凹面は、少なくとも前記第一および第二の部分を包含する合致境界を含む請求項13記載の膝人工装具。
- 前記合致境界内の区域は、ほぼ平らな表面を有する請求項13記載の膝人工装具。
- 前記合致境界は、前部端に頂部を備え後部端に基部を備えた略三角形形状を有する請求項17記載の膝人工装具。
