Claims (13)
- 蝶番式人工膝関節であって、
脛骨(700)に取り付けられる下方面及び上方脛骨面(504)を有する脛骨部材(500)と、
脛骨部材(500)の上方脛骨面(504)に回動可能に支持される下方支承面(406)と、中間位置の上方顆支承面(401)および外側位置の上方顆支承面(401)とを有し、前記脛骨部材(500)に対して転位することが制限された支承部材(400)と、
支承部材(400)に取り付けられるシャフト(313)及びヘッド(311)を有する蝶番キャリッジ(310)と、
大腿骨(600)に取り付けられる上方面を有するとともに、前記中間位置の上方顆支承面(401)および前記外側位置の上方顆支承面(401)に対応して形成され、完全伸展から少なくとも90度の屈曲の範囲で合致した大腿脛骨関節接合を達成する中間位置の大腿脛骨関節接合面(203)および外側位置の大腿脛骨関節接合面(203)とを下方に有する大腿骨部材(200)と、
を備え、
前記大腿骨部材(200)は、前記大腿脛骨関節接合面(203)と別個に、かつ前記大腿脛骨関節接合面(203)から実質的に隔てられた膝蓋大腿関節接合面(207)をさらに有し、
前記膝蓋大腿関節接合面(207)は上方領域(208)および下方領域(209)を有し、
前記上方領域(208)は、膝の膝蓋骨(900)が該上方領域(208)に係合するように形状設定され、かつ配置され、完全伸展から中程度の屈曲角度の範囲で膝蓋骨(900)を傾動させ、
前記下方領域(209)は、前記中間位置の大腿脛骨関節接合面(203)と前記外側位置の大腿脛骨関節接合面(203)との間に位置して、前記中程度の屈曲角度よりも大きく膝が屈曲される際に前記膝蓋骨(900)に係合する蝶番式人工膝関節。 - 請求項1の蝶番式人工膝関節であって、大腿脛骨関節接合は、150度の屈曲まで完全合致することを特徴とする蝶番式人工膝関節。
- 請求項1の蝶番式人工膝関節であって、前記膝蓋大腿関節接合面(207)の前記上方領域(208)は、大きな屈曲角度で膝蓋骨(900)の実質的な中心配置を維持しながら、小さな屈曲角度で膝蓋骨(900)の正中線移動をさせるように、前記下方領域(209)より幅が広くされていることを特徴とする蝶番式人工膝関節。
- 請求項1の蝶番式人工膝関節であって、さらに、前記大腿脛骨関節接合面(203)に対して角度的に調整された制限面を前記大腿骨部材(200)上に有すると共に、前記上方顆支承面(401)に対して角度的に調整された制限面(408)を前記支承部材(400)上に有し、
両制限面は、係合によって人工膝関節の過伸展を制限するように配置されていることを特徴とする蝶番式人工膝関節。 - 請求項4の蝶番式人工膝関節であって、両制限面は過伸展を、完全伸展の5度超に制限するように配置されていることを特徴とする蝶番式人工膝関節。
- 請求項1の蝶番式人工膝関節であって、前記脛骨部材(500)は、上方面に及ぶ円錐孔(503)を有し、前記支承部材(400)は、前記脛骨部材(500)の前記円錐孔(503)に枢動可能に係合する円錐部(407)を有し、前記円錐部(407)は前記円錐孔(503)の中心軸を中心に回動することを特徴とする蝶番式人工膝関節。
- 請求項6の蝶番式人工膝関節であって、前記支承部材(400)の前記円錐部(407)と前記脛骨部材(500)の前記円錐孔(503)の間に設けられ、人工膝関節の軸方向の分離を防いで人工膝関節が転位しないようにする係合手段をさらに有することを特徴とする蝶番式人工膝関節。
- 請求項7の蝶番式人工膝関節であって、前記係合手段は、前記脛骨部材(500)の前記円錐孔(503)に形成された環状溝(507)と、前記支承部材(400)の円錐部(407)に形成された突起を有することを特徴とする蝶番式人工膝関節。
- 請求項8の蝶番式人工膝関節であって、前記支承部材(400)の前記円錐部(407)は環状溝(409)を有し、前記突起は前記支承部材(400)の前記円錐部(407)の前記環状溝(409)と前記脛骨部材(500)の前記円錐孔(503)に係合するスナップリングであることを特徴とする蝶番式人工膝関節。
- 請求項1の蝶番式人工膝関節であって、前記大腿骨部材(200)は、前記キャリッジ(310)のヘッド(311)の相対向する各側部に間隔をおいて設けられ、外反・内反モーメントを抑える2つの蝶番支持壁(204)を有することを特徴とする蝶番式人工膝関節。
- 請求項10の蝶番式人工膝関節であって、前記大腿骨部材(200)の蝶番支持壁(204)と前記キャリッジ(310)のヘッド(311)には、貫通孔(315)が形成され、前記貫通孔(315)を貫通した蝶番ピン(320)は蝶番関節接合の軸となることを特徴とする蝶番式人工膝関節。
- 請求項1の蝶番式人工膝関節であって、前記支承部材(400)と前記脛骨部材(500)の間に設けられ、両者の回動を制限する回動制限手段(410,508)をさらに備えることを特徴とする蝶番式人工膝関節。
- 請求項1の蝶番式人工膝関節であって、前記回動制限手段(410,508)は、前記支承部材(400)と前記脛骨部材(500)間の回動を約30度に制限するように構成されていることを特徴とする蝶番式人工膝関節。
