Abstract

Claims (9)
- 関節表面を有した大腿骨コンポーネントと、
少なくとも二つのタブが縁部に設けられている上側表面を有した脛骨トレイと、
前記大腿骨コンポーネントが関節動作することを可能とさせるように構成された上側表面と、前記脛骨トレイの前記上側表面と摺動可能に係合するように構成された下側表面と、周方向に延びる溝が設けられている外壁とを有するベアリングコンポーネントと、
を備え、前記脛骨トレイの前記タブが、前記脛骨トレイの前記上側表面から近位側に向かって延びる第1のタブ部分と、前記第1のタブ部分に取り付けられており前記脛骨トレイの概略中央に向かって延びる第2のタブ部分とを有し、前記タブが前記ベアリングコンポーネントの外壁の溝内に選択的に係合可能となっていることを特徴とする人間の膝関節の単一の区画内に移植するための整形外科用単顆膝関節インプラント。 - 前記ベアリングコンポーネントは、ポリエチレン、超高分子量ポリエチレン、および架橋した超高分子量ポリエチレンからなるグループから選択された材料から構成されている、請求項1に記載の整形外科用単顆膝関節インプラント。
- 前記脛骨トレイは、内部に骨を成長させる骨成長手段を有した下側表面をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の整形外科用単顆膝関節インプラント。
- 前記脛骨トレイの前記下側表面は、多孔質チタン、多孔質タンタル、ファイバメタル、およびトラベキュラメタルからなるグループから選択された材料から構成されている、請求項3に記載の整形外科用単顆膝関節インプラント。
- 前記タブの数は、2,3及び4の中から選択される、請求項1に記載の整形外科用単顆膝関節インプラント。
- 大腿骨コンポーネントと、ベアリングコンポーネントと、脛骨トレイとを備え、
前記大腿骨コンポーネントが、該大腿骨コンポーネントと前記ベアリングコンポーネントとの間に摺動可能に係合するための係合手段を少なくとも一つ備える関節表面を備え、該係合手段が、前記関節表面に設けられたレール及びスロットからなるグループから選択され、
ベアリングコンポーネントが、下側表面と、前記大腿骨コンポーネントが関節運動することを可能とさせるように構成されている上側表面とを備え、該上側表面が前記ベアリングコンポーネントと前記大腿骨コンポーネントとの間に摺動可能に係合するための係合手段を少なくとも一つさらに備え、該係合手段がレール及びスロットからなるグループから選択され、
前記脛骨トレイが、前記ベアリングコンポーネントの前記下側表面を支持するように該下側表面と係合する上側表面を有し、前記ベアリングコンポーネントが前記脛骨トレイに対して移動可能になっていることを特徴とする、人間の膝関節の単一の区画内に移植するための整形外科用単顆膝関節インプラント。 - 前記ベアリングコンポーネントは、ポリエチレン、超高分子量ポリエチレン、および架橋した超高分子量ポリエチレンからなるグループから選択された材料から構成されている、請求項6に記載の整形外科用単顆膝関節インプラント。
- 前記脛骨トレイは、内部に骨を成長させる骨成長手段を有した下側表面をさらに備える、請求項6に記載の整形外科用単顆膝関節インプラント。
- 前記脛骨トレイの前記下側表面は、多孔質チタン、多孔質タンタル、ファイバメタル、およびトラベキュラメタルからなるグループから選択された材料から構成されている、請求項8に記載の整形外科用単顆膝関節インプラント。
