Abstract
Description
‐少なくともAx2T′y2〔XY1Y2Y3Y4〕z2B′w2タイプの化合物および化学元素E′を含んでなる第一スパッタリングターゲットにより、第二電極を形成する第一薄層、
‐少なくとも〔XY1Y2Y3Y4〕タイプの原子団を含んでなる第二スパッタリングターゲットにより、電解質(4)を形成する第二薄層、
‐および少なくともAx1Ty1〔XY1Y2Y3Y4〕z1Bw1タイプの原子団および化学元素Eを含んでなる第三スパッタリングターゲットにより、第一電極を形成する第三薄層
を付着させることからなる、という事実により達成される。
‐少なくともAx2T′y2〔XY1Y2Y3Y4〕z2B′w2タイプの化合物および化学元素E′を含んでなる第一スパッタリングターゲットにより、カソード3を形成する第一薄層
‐少なくとも〔XY1Y2Y3Y4〕タイプの原子団を含んでなる第二スパッタリングターゲットにより、窒素ガスの存在下で付着させうる、電解質4を形成する第二薄層
‐および、少なくともAx1Ty1〔XY1Y2Y3Y4〕z1Bw1タイプの原子団および化学元素Eを含んでなる第三スパッタリングターゲットにより、アノード5を形成する第三薄層
を付着させることにより得られる。
Claims (23)
- 中間に固体電解質(4)が配置された少なくとも第一および第二電極(3、5)を、薄層の形で含んでなる小型電池(1)であって、
第一電極(5)および電解質(4)が双方とも〔XY1Y2Y3Y4〕タイプの少なくとも1つの共通原子団を含んでなり、ここで頂点が化学元素Y1、Y2、Y3およびY4で各々形成された四面体の中にXが存在し、化学元素Xがリン、ホウ素、ケイ素、イオウ、モリブデン、バナジウムおよびゲルマニウムから選択され、化学元素Y1、Y2、Y3およびY4がイオウ、酸素、フッ素および塩素から選択されることを特徴とする、小型電池。 - 化学元素Y1、Y2、Y3およびY4が同一である、請求項1に記載の小型電池。
- Y1、Y2、Y3およびY4から選択される少なくとも1つの化学元素が、2つの四面体に共通した頂点を形成している、請求項1または2に記載の小型電池。
- 電解質(4)が窒素を含んでなる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の小型電池。
- 電解質(4)が、リチウムおよびナトリウムから選択されるアルカリ金属イオンAを含んでなる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の小型電池。
- 第一電極(5)が、金属および炭素から選択される化学元素Eが化合物中に分散された、〔XY1Y2Y3Y4〕原子団を有する、x1およびw1≧0でy1およびz1>0の、Ax1Ty1〔XY1Y2Y3Y4〕z1Bw1タイプの化合物を形成するように、アルカリ金属イオンA、チタン、バナジウム、クロム、コバルト、ニッケル、マンガン、鉄、銅、ニオブ、モリブデンおよびタングステンから選択される少なくとも1種の遷移金属イオンを含めた金属イオンTの混合物と、イオウ、酸素、フッ素および塩素から選択される化学元素Bを含んでなる、請求項5に記載の小型電池。
- 第二電極(3)が、〔X′Y′1Y′2Y′3Y′4〕タイプの少なくとも1つの原子団を含んでなり、ここで頂点が化学元素Y′1、Y′2、Y′3およびY′4で各々形成された四面体の中にX′が存在し、化学元素X′がリン、ホウ素、ケイ素、イオウ、モリブデン、バナジウムおよびモリブデンから選択され、化学元素Y′1、Y′2、Y′3およびY′4がイオウ、酸素、フッ素および塩素から選択される、請求項6に記載の小型電池。
- 第二電極(3)が、金属および炭素から選択される化学元素E′が化合物中に分散された、〔X′Y′1Y′2Y′3Y′4〕原子団を有する、x2およびw2≧0でy2およびz2>0の、Ax2T′y2〔X′Y′1Y′2Y′3Y′4〕z2B′w2タイプの化合物を形成して、第一および第二電極(5、3)がアルカリ金属イオンAの異なるインターカレーション電位を有するように、アルカリ金属イオンA、チタン、バナジウム、クロム、コバルト、ニッケル、マンガン、鉄、銅、ニオブ、モリブデンおよびタングステンから選択される少なくとも1種の遷移金属イオンを含めた金属イオンT′の混合物と、イオウ、酸素、フッ素および塩素から選択される化学元素B′を含んでなる、請求項7に記載の小型電池。
- TおよびT′が同一である、請求項8に記載の小型電池。
- EおよびE′が同一である、請求項8または9に記載の小型電池。
- 電解質(4)が原子団〔XY1Y2Y3Y4〕および〔X′Y′1Y′2Y′3Y′4〕を含んでなる、請求項7〜10のいずれか一項に記載の小型電池。
- 元素X′、Y′1、Y′2、Y′3およびY′4が元素X、Y1、Y2、Y3およびY4と各々同一である、請求項7〜10のいずれか一項に記載の小型電池。
- 第二電極(3)が、アルカリ金属Aまたはアルカリ金属Aの合金により形成されている、請求項6に記載の小型電池。
- 第二電極(3)が、アルカリ金属Aと合金化可能な物質により形成されている、請求項6に記載の小型電池。
- アルカリ金属Aと合金化可能な物質が、ケイ素、炭素またはスズ製である、請求項6に記載の小型電池。
- 第二電極(3)が、遷移金属を含めた混合カルコゲニドにより形成されている、請求項6に記載の小型電池。
- 第一電極(5)および電解質(4)の諸成分を含んでなる第一中間薄層(8)が、第一電極(5)と電解質(4)との間に配置され、第一電極(5)の諸成分および電解質(4)の諸成分の濃度が、電解質(4)から第一電極(5)方向へ、各々0から1および1から0と変わる、請求項11〜16のいずれか一項に記載の小型電池。
- 第二電極(3)および電解質(4)の諸成分を含んでなる第二中間薄層(7)が、第二電極(3)と電解質(4)との間に配置され、第二電極(3)および電解質(4)の諸成分の濃度が、電解質(4)から第二電極(3)方向へ、各々0から1および1から0と変わる、請求項17に記載の小型電池。
- 連続的に基板(1a)上へ:
‐少なくともAx2T′y2〔XY1Y2Y3Y4〕z2B′w2タイプの化合物および化学元素E′を含んでなる第一スパッタリングターゲットにより、第二電極(3)を形成する第一薄層、
‐少なくとも〔XY1Y2Y3Y4〕タイプの原子団を含んでなる第二スパッタリングターゲットにより、電解質(4)を形成する第二薄層、
‐および少なくともAx1Ty1〔XY1Y2Y3Y4〕z1Bw1タイプの原子団および化学元素Eを含んでなる第三スパッタリングターゲットにより、第一電極(5)を形成する第三薄層
を付着させることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載された小型電池(1)の製造方法。 - 第一中間薄層(7)が、電解質(4)の付着前に、第一および第二スパッタリングターゲットにより第二電極(3)上に付着される、請求項19に記載の小型電池の製造方法。
- 第二中間薄層(8)が、第一電極(5)の付着前に、第二および第三スパッタリングターゲットにより電解質(4)上に付着される、請求項20に記載の小型電池の製造方法。
- 電解質(4)が窒素ガスの存在下で付着される、請求項19〜21のいずれか一項に記載の小型電池の製造方法。
- 第一および第二集電体(2、6)が、第二電極(3)の付着前に、カソードスパッタリングにより、基板(1a)上に付着される、請求項19〜22のいずれか一項に記載の小型電池の製造方法。
