- さらに、第1ルーメンの第1近位端に配置されたハブを含み、このハブが前記の第1ルーメンの第1近位端を前記の第2ルーメンの第2近位端から隔てるハブスペーサーを含んでいる、請求項11に記載された同軸カテーテル。
- 第1遠位端と、第1近位端と、それらを通る縦軸を有する第1ルーメン、および、第2遠位端と、第2近位端を有し、前記の第1ルーメンと同軸方向にあり、少なくとも部分的に第1ルーメン内に配置される第2ルーメンを有し、第2遠位端g第1遠位端の遠位方向にあり、第2遠位端が、遠位先端部、および、遠位先端部と第1遠位端との間に配置された球状隆起部を含む、カテーテルを提供し、
血管内へ前記の遠位先端部を挿入し、
前記の遠位先端部を血管内へ進める間、遠位先端部を振動させて、ほぼ円形の運動をさせる
カテーテルの挿入方法。 - さらに、前記の球状隆起部が血管内へ挿入され、球状隆起部が血管内へ進む間に、球状隆起部を振動させてほぼ円形の運動をさせるように、カテーテルを血管内へ遠位方向に進めることを含む、請求項18による挿入方法。
- さらに、前記の遠位先端部を血管に挿入する前に、遠位先端部をガイドワイヤ上に挿入することを含む、請求項18による挿入方法。
- さらに、前記の遠位先端部を血管に挿入する前に、皮下を通ってカテーテルの通路としてトンネルを堀ることを含む、請求項18による挿入方法。
- 第1遠位端を有する第1カテーテルルーメンを提供し、
第2遠位端を有する第2カテーテルルーメンを提供し、
第2遠位端が第1遠位端の遠位方向に存在するように、第1カテーテルルーメン内部へ第2カテーテルルーメンを配置し、
第1遠位端の近傍の、第2カテーテルルーメンの外側部分へ第1遠位端を固く接続する
同軸カテーテルの製造方法。 - 第1遠位端を第2カテーテルルーメンの外側部分へ固く接続する前に、さらに、前記のスペーサーを第1遠位端と第2ルーメンとの間へ配置することを含む、請求項22による製造方法。
- さらに、前記の球状部を、第1遠位端と第2遠位端との間で第2カテーテルルーメンの外側上に形成することを含む、請求項22による製造方法。
- 第1近位端を有する第1カテーテルルーメンを提供し、
第2近位端を有する第2カテーテルルーメンを提供し、
第2近位端が第1近位端の近位方向に存在するように、第1カテーテルルーメン内部に第2カテーテルルーメンを配置し、
スペーサーを、第2近位端と第1カテーテルルーメンとの間で第2カテーテルルーメン内へ挿入する
同軸カテーテルの製造方法。 - さらに、第1および第2近位端の周りにハブを形成することを含む、請求項25による方法。
- 第1近位端と第1遠位端を有する第1カテーテルルーメン、
第2近位端と第2遠位端を有し、第2近位端が第1近位端の近位方向に存在する第2カテーテルルーメン、および、
第1近位端と第2近位端の各々を含むハブ本体
からなり、
前記ハブ本体は、さらに、第1近位端と流体連通している第1通路と、第1近位端と流体連通している第2通路と、第2通路内に配置されたスペーサーを含み、前記スペーサーは、第2通路内部で第2近位端をほぼ中心に置く
同軸カテーテル。 - ハブ本体が、さらに、第2通路の近位端のハブ本体へ固く接続したハブコネクタを含み、ハブコネクタがハブ本体内部のスペーサーを固く保持する、請求項27に記載された同軸カテーテル。
- 第1近位端と第1遠位端を有する第1ルーメンを提供し、
第2近位端と第2遠位端を有する第2ルーメンを提供し、
第2近位端が第1遠位端の近位方向へ延びる形で、第1ルーメン内部へ第2ルーメンを挿入し、
第1および第2近位端の周りにハブを形成する
同軸カテーテルの製造方法であって、
前記ハブの形成において、
ハブ型内へ第1および第2の近位端を挿入し、
第2近位端内へ第1マンドレルを挿入し、
第2近位端上、および第1近位端内へ、第2マンドレルを配置し、
第3マンドレルが第2マンドレルの一部分と係合する形で、第3マンドレルをハブ型内へ挿入し、
第1および第2近位端から第2マンドレルを取り出し、第2近位端上のハブ内へスペーサーを挿入する
同軸カテーテルの製造方法。 - ハブ内へスペーサーを挿入した後、さらに、ハブキャップをスペーサーの一部分の上に固く接続することを含む、請求項29による製造方法。
