Abstract
Description
本発明の一実施態様によるタッチセンサーを以下のように組み立てた。
厚さ0.4mmの長方形のソーダ石灰ガラス基体を浸漬コーティングに使用したことを除けば、実施例1と同様にして本発明の一実施態様によるタッチセンサーを作製した。制御装置EX IIを使用して、完成した組立体を作動させた。指描画試験では1%を超える線形性が得られた。
本発明の一実施態様によるタッチセンサーを以下のように組み立てた。
Claims (27)
- タッチ検出領域を覆う電気的に連続で光学的に透明な伝導性フィルムと、
前記伝導性フィルム上にある光学的に透明な自立フレキシブルガラス層と、
前記伝導性フィルムと前記フレキシブルガラス層に加えられたタッチ入力との間の容量結合によって誘導される信号を検出するよう構成された電気回路とを含み、前記信号が接触位置の決定に使用される容量型タッチセンサー。 - 前記フレキシブルガラス層を伝導性フィルムに接合させるための光学的に透明な接合層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の容量型タッチセンサー。
- 前記接合層が接着剤である、請求項2に記載の容量型タッチセンサー。
- 前記接合層と伝導性フィルムとの間に障壁層をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の容量型タッチセンサー。
- 前記接合層がUV硬化性である、請求項2に記載の容量型タッチセンサー。
- 前記タッチ検出領域の周囲に沿って配置される界線形化パターンをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の容量型タッチセンサー。
- 前記フレキシブルガラス層が前記線形化パターンの少なくとも一部を覆っている、請求項6に記載の容量型タッチセンサー。
- 前記伝導性フィルムが光学的に透明な基体の上にある、請求項1に記載の容量型タッチセンサー。
- 前記フレキシブルガラス層が前記電気回路の少なくとも一部を覆っている、請求項1に記載の容量型タッチセンサー。
- 前記検出された信号を受信して前記接触位置を決定するように構成されたエレクトロニクスをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の容量型タッチセンサー。
- 前記フレキシブルガラス層の厚さが0.1〜1.5mmの範囲である、請求項1に記載の容量型タッチセンサー。
- 前記フレキシブルガラス層の厚さが0.5〜1.0mmの範囲である、請求項1に記載の容量型タッチセンサー。
- 前記フレキシブルガラス層がソーダ石灰ガラスを含む、請求項1に記載の容量型タッチセンサー。
- 前記フレキシブルガラス層がホウケイ酸ガラスを含む、請求項1に記載の容量型タッチセンサー。
- 前記透明な伝導性フィルムが金属を含む、請求項1に記載の容量型タッチセンサー。
- 前記透明な伝導性フィルムが金属酸化物を含む、請求項1に記載の容量型タッチセンサー。
- 前記金属酸化物が酸化インジウムスズ(ITO)を含む、請求項16に記載の容量型タッチセンサー。
- 前記金属酸化物が酸化スズアンチモン(TAO)を含む、請求項16に記載の容量型タッチセンサー。
- 前記金属酸化物がフッ素をドープした酸化スズを含む、請求項16に記載の容量型タッチセンサー。
- 前記透明な伝導性フィルムが有機導体を含む、請求項1に記載の容量型タッチセンサー。
- 前記有機導体が伝導性ポリマーを含む、請求項20に記載の容量型タッチセンサー。
- 前記タッチセンサーを通して見ることができるディスプレイと組み合わされた、請求項1に記載の容量型タッチセンサー。
- 前記タッチセンサーと結合した接触用具をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の容量型タッチセンサー。
- 前記接触用具が前記タッチセンサーと電気的に結合している、請求項23に記載の容量型タッチセンサー。
