Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 少なくとも一つの導電層を有し且つ上側及び下側を有するプリント回路基板を設ける工程と、前記少なくとも一つの導電層を構造化することにより前記プリント回路基板上に一つの一次巻線と複数の二次巻線とを形成する工程と、前記プリント回路基板の上側及び下側にフェライト高分子化合物を積層して変圧器のコアを形成する工程と、を含むことを特徴とする変圧器の製造方法。
- 前記フェライト高分子化合物が構造化されていないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記プリント回路基板に第1の凹部が形成され、前記フェライト高分子化合物は、前記積層後に前記フェライト高分子化合物が前記第1の凹部を満たし且つ前記プリント回路基板の上側及び下側の少なくとも一部を被覆するように、前記プリント回路基板に対して積層されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記一次巻線は、端数の巻線巻回部が形成されるように前記一次巻線の内側領域に設けられた複数の前記二次巻線を取り囲み、前記第1の凹部のそれぞれが、複数の前記二次巻線のうちの少なくとも一つによって取り囲まれていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記一次巻線が第1の数の二次巻線を取り囲み、前記プリント回路基板には第2の数の前記第1の凹部が設けられ、前記第1の凹部のそれぞれが前記二次巻線のうちの少なくとも一つによって取り囲まれ、前記第1の数が前記第2の数と一致し、前記内側領域の外側には、前記一次巻線の両側に第2の凹部が形成され、前記プリント回路基板にはフェライト高分子化合物が積層され、これにより、フェライト高分子化合物が第2の数の前記第1の凹部及び前記第2の凹部並びに前記プリント回路基板の上側及び下側の少なくとも一部を満たしてコアが形成され、一次及び二次巻線及びコアの配置は、平面変圧器の動作中に一次巻線を貫通する磁束が第3の数の経路に分割されるようになっており、前記第3の数が前記第1の数及び前記第2の数に一致していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 上側及び下側を有し且つ一つの一次巻線と複数の二次巻線とがその上に形成されるプリント回路基板と、変圧器のコアを形成するために前記プリント回路基板の上側及び下側に積層されるフェライト高分子化合物とを備えることを特徴とする変圧器。
- 前記プリント回路基板に第1の凹部が形成され、前記フェライト高分子化合物は、前記積層後に前記フェライト高分子化合物が前記第1の凹部を満たし且つ前記プリント回路基板の上側及び下側の少なくとも一部を被覆するように、前記プリント回路基板に対して積層されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の変圧器。
- 前記一次巻線は、端数の巻線巻回部が形成されるように前記一次巻線の内側領域に設けられた複数の前記二次巻線を取り囲み、前記第1の凹部のそれぞれが、複数の前記二次巻線のうちの少なくとも一つによって取り囲まれていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の変圧器。
- 前記一次巻線が第1の数の二次巻線を取り囲み、前記プリント回路基板には第2の数の前記第1の凹部が設けられ、前記第1の凹部のそれぞれが前記二次巻線のうちの少なくとも一つによって取り囲まれ、前記第1の数が前記第2の数と一致し、前記内側領域の外側には、前記一次巻線の両側に第2の凹部が形成され、前記プリント回路基板にはフェライト高分子化合物が積層され、これにより、フェライト高分子化合物が第2の数の前記第1の凹部及び前記第2の凹部並びに前記プリント回路基板の上側及び下側の少なくとも一部を満たしてコアが形成され、一次及び二次巻線及びコアの配置は、平面変圧器の動作中に一次巻線を貫通する磁束が第3の数の経路に分割されるようになっており、前記第3の数が前記第1の数及び前記第2の数に一致していることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の変圧器。
- 端数巻きを有していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の変圧器。
- 複数の前記二次巻線が並列に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の変圧器。
