Claims (9)
- (a)溶融相重合によりポリエステルポリマーを生成するステップと、および
(b)予備成形物を圧縮成形する前に前記ポリエステルポリマーを固化することなく、前記ポリエステルポリマーの予備成形物を圧縮成形するステップとを、
を含む吹込成形容器用の予備成形物を生成する方法。 - 前記ステップ(a)は、溶融相の前記ポリエステルポリマーの連続流れを生成するステップを含むと共に
前記ステップ(b)は、前記連続流れを溶融相で個別の圧縮金型装入量に分割するステップを含む、特許請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 - 前記ステップ(b)は、(b1)圧縮金型キャビティの連続流れを形成するステップと、(b2)前記金型装入量のそれぞれを対応するキャビティに装入するステップと、および(b3)前記金型装入量を予備成形物に圧縮成形するステップとを含むので、前記ステップ(b)に引続いて予備成形物の連続流れを生成するように、前記ステップ(a)から前記ステップ(b)までにはポリエステルポリマーの連続流れが存在する、特許請求の範囲第2項に記載の方法。
- (c)前記ステップ(a)において圧縮成形された予備成形物を冷却するステップを含む、特許請求の範囲第3項に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(b)において層状化された壁を有する予備成形物を生成するために、前記連続流れにおける前記ポリエステルポリマーを少なくとも1層の別のポリマーで層状化するステップを、前記ステップ(a)と(b)との間に含む、特許請求の範囲第3項に記載の方法。
- (c)前記予備成形物から容器を吹込成形するステップと、
(d)容器に内容物を充填するステップと、および
(e)前記内容物を中に捕捉しておいて容器に蓋をかぶせるステップとを含み、前記ステップ(c)、(d)および(e)は、連続作業で充填と蓋締めされたポリエステルポリマー製容器を生成するために、前記ステップ(a)と(b)に連続する直線に並んだ継続ステップである、特許請求の範囲第3項に記載の方法。 - (a)溶融相重合によりポリエステルポリマーの連続流れを生成するステップと、および
(b)予備成形物圧縮金型キャビティの連続する動きを形成するステップと、
(c)ポリエステルポリマーの前記連続流れを溶融相で個別の圧縮金型装入量に分割するステップと、
(d)前記金型装入量のそれぞれを対応する金型キャビティに装入するステップと、および
(e)前記金型装入量を予備成形物に圧縮成形するステップとを含み、前記ステップ(e)において予備成形物の連続流れを生成するように、前記ステップ(a)から前記ステップ(e)までにはポリエステルポリマーの連続流れが存在する、吹込成形プラスチック容器用の予備成形物を生成する方法。 - 特許請求の範囲第1項、第2項、第3項、第4項、第5項または第7項に記載される方法に従って製造される予備成形物。
- 特許請求の範囲第6項に記載される方法に従って製造される充填および蓋締めされた容器。
