Abstract
Description
ポリオール成分、ポリイソシアネート成分及び発泡剤を含む反応混合物を調製する工程、
反応混合物をコンベヤベルト上に流延する工程、及び、
コンベヤベルト及び流延した混合物を架橋オーブンを通過させる工程、
を含む。有利には、流延混合物の上に上部保護膜を被着させ、そしてコンベヤベルトと上部保護膜により覆われた流延混合物を架橋オーブンを通過させる。上部保護膜の使用は、不透過性上部表層の形成を可能とし、そして発泡体形成ガスが流延混合物の表面を介して逃げるのを防ぎ、こうして低密度発泡体の形成に寄与する。
これらは、図1に示した装置のような流延発泡体製造装置で行われる。

・ポリイソシアネート化合物B2: 官能性が2.7、自由なイソシアネートの割合が31.2%、そして2,4’異性体含量が約35モル%の高分子MDI、
・発泡剤: 水、
・OH数が125のWitco社からのヒドロキシルでグラフト化したシリコーン界面活性剤NIAX、
・黒色顔料: フタル酸ジイソデシル(DIDP)中の20wt%カーボンブラック分散液、及び、
・ゲル化触媒、
であった。
これらの例は、NCO/OH比及びポリイソシアネート成分の性質をいろいろに変えたものを例示する。
この例は、高官能性のイソシアネートを用いることによる、より硬質の発泡体の製造を例示する。
この例では、脂肪酸二量体から得られるポリオールとトルエンジイソシアネートとに基づく、SUPERSHEET Hの商品名で市販されている柔軟性発泡体を評価した。
この例では、スラブストック法により得られる発泡体であり、SUPERSEALの商品名で市販されている、二量体酸から得られるポリオールに基づく柔軟性発泡体を評価した。
この例では、ポリエーテルポリオールタイプの非疎水性ポリオールから得られ、下記の特性、すなわち、
・ポリオールA2.1: 官能性=3、OH数=42
・ポリオールA2.2: 官能性=4、OH数=475
・ポリオールA2.3: 官能性=3、OH数=29
を有する、柔軟性発泡体を評価した。
Claims (19)
- 発泡剤の存在下で少なくとも1種の疎水性ポリオールを含むポリオール成分を少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネート成分と反応させることにより得られる水不透過性の柔軟性ウレタンフォームであって、50%圧縮のための圧縮力が12kPa以下であること、且つ、イソシアネート官能基のアルコール官能基及び反応性官能基全体に対するモル比(指標)が0.90未満であることを特徴とする水不透過性の柔軟性ウレタンフォーム。
- 50%圧縮のための圧縮力が約8〜12kPaであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のウレタンフォーム。
- 密度が150kg/m3を超えず、好ましくは60kg/m3を超えないことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のウレタンフォーム。
- ポリオール成分及びポリイソシアネート成分からの少なくとも1つの成分が、厳密に2よりも大きい、とりわけ少なくとも2.1の官能性を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1つに記載のウレタンフォーム。
- イソシアネート指標が0.85以下、とりわけ約0.70〜0.85であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1つに記載のウレタンフォーム。
- ポリオール成分が単官能アルコール又はアミン成分の存在下でポリイソシアネート成分と反応することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1つに記載のウレタンフォーム。
- 疎水性ポリオールが脂肪炭化水素鎖を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1つに記載のウレタンフォーム。
- 疎水性ポリオールが脂肪酸二量体から得られ、とりわけポリオールによる脂肪酸二量体の二重エステル化から得られるものであることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のウレタンフォーム。
- ポリイソシアネート成分が主として4,4’−メチレン−ビス(フェニルイソシアネート)(4,4’MDI)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1つに記載のウレタンフォーム。
- ポリイソシアネート成分が少なくとも30モル%の2,4’MDI異性体を含有することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のウレタンフォーム。
- 発泡剤が水を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1つに記載のウレタンフォーム。
- 少なくとも1種の添加剤、とりわけポリイソシアネート化合物又はポリオール化合物と反応する少なくとも1つの反応性官能基を有する界面活性剤の存在下で得られることを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1つに記載のウレタンフォーム。
- 請求項1から12までのいずれか1つに記載のウレタンフォームを製造するための方法であって、以下の工程、すなわち、
ポリオール成分、ポリイソシアネート成分及び発泡剤を含む反応混合物を調製する工程、
反応混合物をコンベヤベルト上に流延する工程、及び、
コンベヤベルト及び流延した混合物を架橋オーブンを通過させる工程、
を含むことを特徴とするウレタンフォーム製造方法。 - 流延した混合物上に上部保護膜を被着させ、そしてコンベヤベルトと上部保護膜で被覆した流延混合物を架橋オーブンを通過させることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
- コンベヤベルト上に事前に下部保護膜を配置することを特徴とする、請求項13又は14に記載の方法。
- 下部保護膜又は上部保護膜の反応混合物と接触するその面に接着剤を供給することを特徴とする、請求項14又は15に記載の方法。
- 下部保護膜及び/又は上部保護膜を除去し、接着剤を備えた別の膜を発泡体ストリップの自由面に取り付けることを特徴とする、請求項14から16までの1つに記載の方法。
- 請求項1から12までのいずれか1つに記載のウレタンフォームを製造するための方法であって、以下の工程、すなわち、
・ポリオール成分、ポリイソシアネート成分及び発泡剤を含む反応混合物を調製する工程、
・反応混合物を密閉又は開放の金型に射出又は注型する工程、及び、
・混合物を金型中で架橋させる工程、
を含むことを特徴とするウレタンフォーム製造方法。 - 請求項1から12までのいずれか1つに記載のウレタンフォームの水不透過性シールとしての使用。
