Abstract
【解決手段】起動から記録可能となるまでに第1の起動時間を要する第1の記録手段と、起動から記録可能となるまでに前記第1の起動時間より長い第2の起動時間を要する第2の記録手段と、本装置の電源投入操作のための電源投入手段とを備えた記録装置において、前記電源投入手段は前記第1の記録手段による第1の記録モードまたは前記第2の記録手段による第2の記録モードを選択可能とし、前記電源投入手段による電源投入時の選択順は、電源切モードから前記第1の記録モード選択後第2の記録モードとなるようにする。

Description
図4及び図8は、撮像装置としてデジタルビデオカメラの外観例を示す。図4(a)はビデオカメラの後方斜視図、図4(b)は後方正面図である。
図3によってHDD28とDVDドライブ29の起動タイミングについて詳細に説明する。
本実施例のビデオカメラのように複数の記録媒体を搭載したことでダビング機能を有したり、画像を編集する機能を有したり、動画と静止画とを撮影する機能を有する等、多機能になった装置を操作するに当たって種々の機能のボタンが求められる。しかし、多くのボタンを携帯型のカメラに設けると大型化してしまう。そこで、いくつかのボタンは複数の機能を兼用し、モードに応じて異なる機能を実行するよう制御される。
Claims (11)
- 起動から記録可能となるまでが第1の起動時間の第1の記録手段と、
起動から記録可能となるまでが前記第1の起動時間より長い第2の起動時間の第2の記録手段と、
電源切モード、前記第1の記録手段への記録モード、前記第2の記録手段への記録モードとを切り替えるモード切替手段とを有し、
前記モード切替手段は、前記電源切モードから前記第1の記録手段への記録モード、前記第2の記録手段への記録モードの順で切り替える記録装置。 - 請求項1の記録装置であって、
前記モード切替手段は回転式のスイッチで構成されており、回転順に電源切モード、前記第1の記録手段への記録モード、前記第2の記録手段への記録モードを選択する記録装置。 - 請求項1又は2の記録装置であって、
前記第1の記録手段はハードディスク記録装置であり、
前記第2の記録手段は光ディスク記録装置である記録装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれかの記録装置であって、
画像を撮影する撮像手段を備え、
前記第1の記録手段と前記第2の記録手段は、前記撮像手段で撮影した画像を記録する記録装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれかの記録装置であって、
前記第1の記録手段への記録モードが設定されたとき、前記第1の記録手段及び前記第2の記録手段を起動する記録装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれかの記録装置であって、
前記起動は、前記モード切替スイッチで前記電源切モードから前記第1の記録手段への記録モード又は前記第2の記録手段への記録モードに切り替えられたときであり、
前記記録可能とは、前記第1の記録手段又は前記第2の記録手段の記録媒体の回転が安定し、当該記録媒体へ記録するヘッドの位置、出力が安定したときである記録装置。 - ボタンの凸状態から第1段階まで押下されたことを検出する第1検出と、前記第1段階と前記凸状態の間の第2段階まで押下されたことを検出する第2検出とを検出する2段階検出部と、
前記2段階検出部の第1検出又は第2検出で実行される機能をモードによって切り替える機能切替部とを有する装置。 - 請求項7の装置であって、
前記機能切替部は、前記第1検出と前記第2検出とで異なる機能を実行させる第1モードと、前記第1検出と前記第2検出とで同じ機能を実行させる第2モードとを切り替える装置。 - 請求項8の装置であって、
前記2段階検出部は、前記第2モードのとき、前記第1検出を検出したとき、前記第2検出が検出されており且つ当該第2検出が解除されていない場合には前記第2検出によって機能を実行しない装置。 - 請求項8又は9の装置であって、
前記2段階検出部は、シャッターボタンであり、
前記第1モードでは前記第2検出により焦点合わせを実行し、前記第1検出により静止画撮影を実行する装置。 - UDF(Universal Disk Format)形式でハードディスクに記録する記録装置であって、接続している外部機器に当該記録装置がハードディスク装置であることを示す情報を送信する記録装置。
