Abstract
【解決手段】第1混練部14、第2混練部15及び第3混練部16が順次配置されたシリンダ1内に混練部とその両側に搬送部を備えた回転可能なスクリュ4を配置し、第1混練部14と第2混練部15の間に第1混練部14でフラフに付着した水分が蒸発した水蒸気を排気する第1ベント11、第2混練部15と第3混練部16の間に第2ベント12、第3混練部16に次いで第3混練部16で溶融物から揮発した揮発分を真空ポンプで吸引する第3ベント13を順次配置した廃プラスチック高密度減容成形機。

Claims (2)
- シリンダ内に混練部とその両側に搬送部を備えたスクリュを回転させてバインダーを含むフラフを搬送させながら混練用ディスクが配置された第1混練部、第2混練部及び第3混練部でフラフを混練、溶融し、溶融物を押し出してペレットを製造する廃プラスチック高密度減容成形機の排気方法において、第1混練部でフラフに付着した水分を蒸発させ、次いで第2混練部及び第3混練部で順次混練することを特徴とする廃プラスチック高密度減容成形機の排気方法。
- 第1混練部、第2混練部及び第3混練部が順次配置されたシリンダ内に混練部とその両側に搬送部を備えた回転可能なスクリュを配置し、第1混練部と第2混練部の間に第1混練部でフラフに付着した水分が蒸発した水蒸気を排気する第1ベント、
第2混練部と第3混練部の間に第2ベント、
第3混練部に次いで第3混練部で溶融物から揮発した揮発分を真空ポンプで吸引する第3ベントを順次配置したことを特徴とする廃プラスチック高密度減容成形機。
