Abstract
【解決手段】発熱体(1)は加熱すべき面の近傍に配置するための少なくとも一つの平坦な発熱抵抗(18)と、少なくとも縦長の接触領域(200)において少なくとも部分的に互いにかつ発熱抵抗(18)と接続している少なくとも二つの接触導体線(3,3’)を有する発熱抵抗(18)に電流を供給するための少なくとも一つの電極(4)とを有する。電極(4)及び/又は接触領域(200)に沿った接触導体線(3,3’,3’’,3’’’,3’’’’,3’’’’’)の少なくとも一つが少なくとも部分的に電極(4)及び/又は接触領域(200)の延伸方向に対して平行である延伸方向を有する少なくとも一つの箇所において少なくとも一つの別の接触導体線(3,3’,3’’,3’’’,3’’’’,3’’’’’)が少なくとも部分的に前記延伸方向に対し角度をなす延伸方向を有する。

Claims (7)
- 電気発熱体(1)であって、
加熱すべき面の近傍に配置するための、少なくとも一つの平坦な発熱抵抗(18)と、
前記発熱抵抗(18)に電流を供給するための少なくとも一つの電極(4)であって、少なくとも縦長の接触領域(200)において少なくとも部分的に互いに、かつ前記発熱抵抗(18)と接続している、少なくとも二つの接触導体線(3,3’)を有する電極と、を有する発熱体において、
前記電極(4)及び/又は接触領域(200)に沿った、前記接触導体線(3,3’ ,3’’,3’’’,3’’’’,3’’’’’)の少なくとも一つが少なくとも部分的に前記電極(4)及び/又は接触領域(200)の延伸方向に対して平行である延伸方向を有する少なくとも一つの箇所において、少なくとも一つの別の接触導体線(3,3’ ,3’’,3’’’,3’’’’,3’’’’’)が少なくとも部分的に前記延伸方向に対して角度をなす延伸方向を有することを特徴とする発熱体。 - 少なくとも二つの前記接触導体線(3,3’)が、少なくとも部分的に非直線状、とりわけ周期的に波形を描くように(schwingend)延伸し、互いに異なる周期長さ及び/又は互いに異なる波形パターンを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発熱体。
- 少なくとも二つの前記接触導体線(3,3’)が、周期的に同じ周期長さでもって波形を描き、前記接触導体線は長手延伸方向に対して位相シフトして互いに配置されており、および前記位相シフトは好ましくは90°の整数倍ずらされていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の発熱体。
- 少なくとも一つの前記平坦な発熱抵抗(18)が、少なくとも部分的に導電材料、とりわけ炭素繊維、金属箔及び/又は金属化プラスチック繊維から形成されており、及び/又は少なくとも一つの前記平坦な発熱抵抗(18)は少なくとも部分的に導電性の低いまたは絶縁材料、とりわけ天然または合成繊維からなる織布またはフリースから形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の発熱体。
- 少なくとも一つの前記接触導体線(3)が、少なくとも部分的に金属ワイヤ、好ましくは銀メッキされた銅及び/又は特殊鋼、及び/又は、好ましくは銀で金属化された、導電性プラスチックから形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の発熱体。
- シート、とりわけ車両シートであって、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の発熱体を少なくとも一つ備えることを特徴とするシート。
- 車両、とりわけ自動車であって、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の、少なくとも一つの発熱体及び/又はシートを備えることを特徴とする車両。
