Abstract
【解決手段】ゲート配線GL上に、データ信号配線DLと画素電極PXに接続されている通常のトランジスタCTFTと、フローティング状態の予備のトランジスタFTFTを形成する。通常のトランジスタCTFTに動作異常が生じた場合は、通常のトランジスタCTFTを、切断線CLによって、データ信号配線DLと画素電極PXから切り離す。予備トランジスタFTFTは、修正線RLにて、データ信号配線DLと画素電極PXに接続する。

Claims (6)
- マトリクス状に配置された画素部を有する液晶表示装置において、
前記画素部に、通常のトランジスタと、フローティング状態の予備トランジスタとを設けたことを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - 前記予備トランジスタを接続するための導電体領域を画素部の画素電極上に設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記通常のトランジスタと予備トランジスタをゲート電極上に設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- マトリクス状に配置された画素部を有する液晶表示装置において、
前記画素部の一部には、フローティング状態の通常のトランジスタと、データ信号配線と画素電極に接続された予備トランジスタが形成されていることを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - マトリクス状に配置された画素部に、通常のトランジスタとフローティング状態の予備トランジスタを形成し、
前記通常のトランジスタが動作異常の場合には、通常のトランジスタをフローティング状態とし、予備トランジスタを修正線にてデータ信号配線と画素電極に接続することを特徴とする液晶表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記通常のトランジスタと画素電極とを切り離して、通常のトランジスタをフローティング状態とすることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の液晶表示装置の製造方法。
