Abstract
【解決手段】燃料電池システムは、車両に搭載され、燃料ガスおよび酸化ガスを燃料として発電を行う燃料電池20およびシステムの制御を行う制御部80とを備える。制御部80は、車両の速度が所定の閾速度以上で、かつ燃料電池20の発電状態に関する物理量に基づき定まる所定の条件を満たした場合、燃料電池20が発電を行っていたとしても凍結防止処理を行う必要があると判定して、凍結防止処理を行う。

Claims (14)
- 車両に搭載され、燃料ガスおよび酸化ガスを燃料として発電を行う燃料電池を備える燃料電池システムにおいて、
凍結防止処理を行う凍結防止処理手段と、
前記車両の速度が所定の閾速度以上で、かつ前記燃料電池の発電状態に関する物理量に基づき定まる所定の条件を満たした場合、前記燃料電池が発電を行っていたとしても前記凍結防止処理を行う必要があると判定して、前記凍結防止処理を実行させるように前記凍結防止処理手段を制御する制御手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記所定の条件は、外気温および前記燃料電池の出力とに基づき定まる条件であることを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記所定の条件は、外気温および前記燃料電池の温度とに基づき定まる条件であることを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記所定の条件は、外気温および前記燃料電池を冷却する冷却水の温度とに基づき定まる条件であることを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記所定の条件は、前記燃料電池の出力および前記燃料電池の発電の際に消費される燃料ガス量もしくは酸化ガス量に基づき定まる条件であることを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記所定の条件は、燃料ガスが通る配管内の窒素濃度に基づき定まる条件であることを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか1つに記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記凍結防止処理手段は、
燃料ガスもしくは酸化ガスが通る配管内の流路抵抗を増加させることで、凍結防止処理を行う、
ことを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項7に記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記凍結防止処理手段は、
前記配管内に設けられ燃料ガスもしくは酸化ガスの流路制御を行うポンプの回転数を増加させることで、前記配管内の流路抵抗を増加させる、
ことを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項7に記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記凍結防止処理手段は、
燃料ガスもしくは酸化ガスの流路制御を行うポンプの出口付近の配管に設けられるバルブの開閉量を調整することで、前記ポンプから送り出される燃料ガスもしくは酸化ガスの量を制限し、前記配管内の流路抵抗を増加させる、
ことを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1つに記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記凍結防止処理手段は、
前記燃料電池に供給する燃料ガスもしくは酸化ガスの量を制限することで、凍結防止処理を行う、
ことを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1つに記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記凍結防止処理手段は、
前記燃料電池の発電電力を増加させることで、凍結防止処理を行う、
ことを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1乃至11のいずれか1つに記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記制御手段は、前記凍結防止処理手段が凍結防止処理を実行中であるときは、前記凍結防止処理手段が凍結防止処理を実行中であることを示す情報を出力することを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1乃至12のいずれか1つに記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記制御手段は、前記凍結防止処理手段が凍結防止処理を実行中にシステム停止要求を受けた場合、所定の警告を出力することを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1乃至13のいずれか1つに記載の燃料電池システムと、当該燃料電池システムから供給される電力によって駆動する駆動源とを搭載する車両。
