Abstract
【解決手段】オイル分離前の気体領域を前段オイル分離後の気体領域から隔離する前段分離器10と、液滴を大きくする凝集式エレメントを含む主分離器14と、後段分離器15とを含む、気体から液体を分離する装置。

そして、選択した後段分離器、主分離器、前段分離器をそれぞれ組み合わせることによって一つのセットを構成して液体分離装置が得られる。
Claims (27)
- 液分離前の気体領域を前段液分離後の気体領域から隔離する前段分離器と、液滴を大きくする凝集式エレメントを有する主分離器と、後段分離器とを有する気体から液体を分離する装置。
- 前記前段分離器はプラスチック製である請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記前段分離器は該前段分離器への気体流入方向に拘わらずに機能する前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 空気からオイル及び/或は水を分離する前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 空気圧縮機、特にスクリュー圧縮機用の前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記前段分離器、主分離器、および後段分離器の各単位構成体(モジュール)からなる装置である前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記前段分離器が前記主分離器に、及び/或は前記主分離器が前記後段分離器に取外し可能に連結されている請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記前段分離器が衝突板式分離器、案内装置、あるいは遠心式分離器、特にサイクロンあるいは羽根車を含む前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記凝集式エレメントは支持筒の周りに取り付けられた凝集濾過媒体を含む前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記後段分離器がドレーン式エレメントである前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記後段分離器が慣性式分離器、特に遠心式分離器である前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記慣性式分離器が反転サイクロンである請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記主分離器が複数の分離器で構成されている請求項7乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の分離器は複数の支持筒を含む請求項13記載の装置。
- 前記複数の支持筒は差し込みにより連結できる請求項13記載の装置。
- 前記前段分離器、主分離器、および後段分離器は圧力容器に組込み可能な前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記前段分離器が前記圧力容器内を分割する請求項16記載の装置。
- 請求項1乃至17のいずれか1項に記載の気体から液体を分離する装置を備える空気圧縮装置。
- 気体が前段分離器、凝集式エレメント、および後段分離器を通して流れるようにした気体から液体を分離する方法。
- スクリュー圧縮機から吐出される空気中のオイルを除去する請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記前段分離器は遠心式分離器、特にサイクロン、案内装置、あるいは羽根車を含む請求項19あるいは20に記載の方法。
- 前記後段分離器はドレーン式分離器を含む請求項19乃至20のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記後段分離器は慣性式分離器、特に遠心式分離器、例えばサイクロンを含む請求項19乃至20のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前段分離器、凝集式エレメントを具えた主分離器、および後段分離器を含み、該後段分離器は少なくともドレーン式エレメントおよび慣性式分離器のうちから選択可能なように構成して、それぞれの分離器を組み合わせて1つのセットを構成する気体から液体を分離する装置。
- 前記前段分離器、主分離器、および後段分離器は取外し可能に構成された請求項24記載の装置。
- 前記前段分離器としては羽根車、案内装置、インラインタイプサイクロン、および反転サイクロンのグループのうちの少なくとも2種類の前段分離器のうちから選択可能な請求項24あるいは25に記載の装置。
- 複数の中間筒部材からなる前記主分離器はつなぎ合わせることができる請求項24乃至26のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
